Order is over half an hour late. The driver claimed to have called me but my phone log shows no calls. He could have just used the door buzzer but bizarrely chose not to. Oh, and the pizza is lukewarm and he wouldn't deliver it to my door (I had to come out and get it from him).

Quality has plummeted at the West Orange location in the past year...this order was the last straw. Will use our remaining "Papa Dough" to order chicken wings next time and that'll be our last visit ever. Sad..

If I can give this store Zero stars I would I ordered the new Oreo desert item that comes with Cream cheese icing & when I received it I opened the box and the "icing" was " Blue Cheese"!!! They gave me Blue Cheese with a desert item what's up with that! Mind you I've purchased 2 of them

2nd time I ordered a pizza via Uber EATS and THEY DON'T SEAL THE BOX WITH TAPE OR A STICKER LIKE OTHER RESTAURANTS DO!!!!Because of my experience with this last week, TODAY I CALLED THE RESTAURANT AND SPOKE TO THE MANAGER BEFORE I MADE THE ORDER AND EXPLAINED TO HIM MY ISSUE WITH THIS RESTAURANT WITH NOT SEALING THE FOOD FOR SAFETY. THE MANAGER PROMISED TO SEAL MY PIZZA BOX... WELL GUESS WHAT???I GET MY PIZZA FROM THE DELIVERY GUY AND MY PIZZA IS NOT SEALED!!WHAT REALLY IS THE MANAGER GOOD FOR?I WILL NOT ORDER AGAIN.
