My food was delivered I'm only 2 blocks away the food was cold and the driver Thierno was rude. They charge $5.99 for delivery but refuse to come in apartment buildings . They don't even at least buzz your door bell to alert you that they arrived .

This is the worst papa johns I've ever experienced. They will burn your pizza and tell you that's how it's made the when they finally replace it they double down and burn it again to convince you that's how it comes. The delivery drivers are so rude. They will call you to come downstairs and demand a tip. If you tell them you will tip on the app they will try to tell you that it doesn't work that way. I love papa John's so I know what good quality taste like and they do not meet that standard. This place should be shut down solely because someone's first time could be ruined by the worst papa johns in the whole country.

This PJs location is one of the best in the business. Excellent customer service and great delivery drivers that I can always rely on. As a former Papa Johns employee myself, I always count on what feels close to home. Delivery drivers here always go above and beyond to make sure my order is right, and on time. Couldn’t speak higher of this location :)

The place was very easy to find if you’re going there in a car be forewarned parking is almost impossible but then again that is life in New York parking is hard everywhere. Be prepared to double park. The prices were a great value. Nothing was too expensive. The meal prep wasn’t that long, the only critique I have the establishment if I could just have one is the physical space of the store or restaurant is very small can get pretty cramped quite quickly. but outside of that great store great prices.

If i could give this place a negative review I would. Spent $50 on pizza. Paid $5.99 for delivery to have the delivery driver ask me to go downstairs to the front of the building to pick up the pizza. Then he says he has a bad ankle so can’t walk up the stairs. I explain i have a child i can’t leave alone. He doesn’t care tells me he’s going to go back to the store and hangs up on me. I call the store and they don’t help either. Telling me that they don’t deliver for safety issues. So why am i being charged $6 for a delivery that never happens. They were both pretty nasty. They also never delivered the pizza and i still got charged. Save yourself the time they won’t bring it up to you. Also called customer service and they basically can’t do anything for you either so now will have to dispute with my bank. Oh and still no pizza after all of that smh- go to another papa John’s. This one is terrible. Especially the delivery driver.
