I order online, and they give me a 15-minute waiting time. But when I go to the store after 15 minutes, they only start making my pizza then. This has happened many times, and I end up spending my entire lunch break just waiting for one pizza to be prepared. You should really respect people’s time.

Manager at this location is beyond unprofessional. The app makes mistakes understandably and clicked the No Base Sauce option for a pie. We did not know until after receiving the pie that there was no sauce on it. After calling the store multiple times and being hung up on and told repeatedly that we had to give the pie with no sauce back in order to receive a new one. The manger then acted like he didn’t remember what he just had said on the phone and did not send a pie of our satisfaction. He did not follow Papa John’s official policy and was extremely unprofessional and rude and arrogant.. No more than two slices was taken as well and he refused to give him his name after asking multiple times.

This place is totally disgusting. The people there are very unsanitary and they have very poor customer service. They have no respect for their customers. They need to be shut down. I will be calling 311 to complain against them. After ordering my food I noticed the floor has fesces smeird in the center. I was like oh no. Also it sounded as if one of the cokks had covid. I promptly asked for my money back. I would avoid this restaurant at all cost!! Please if you want good service clean food and nice atmosphere DO NOT COME HERE!!! THIS PLACE IS TOXIC ON ALL LEVELS....
