0 star location. Horrible customer service and will be filing a report because they refused to acknowledge religious views surrounding not being able to eat meat or things that are touching meat. Manager did not process a refund for two orders I received that had errors. Better off with dominos, better pizza, better people.

Worst store ever. Don’t go! Just walked in to order a pizza, but they canceled my order and started making up reason as to why they canceled my order. The place is very dirty and service is very slow.

Ordered delivery and this dumb delivery driver had no change like how you deliver pizza with no change it is ridiculous and didn’t want to go get the change and so I told him keep the pizza

If i can give a 0 i would. They accepted the order marked it as delivered and when they noticed it was too far to deliver they wanted to give only a 50% refund! Disgusting. Thank god for my bank they would never see another dime from me.

Even with new owners (2023)... Maybe there is a clear reason this is one of the three lowest rated Papa John's in all of NY.

the driver literally stole my pizza. i called him 5 times and texted him 5 times as well. literally looked me in my eyes while pulling away in his car. i called papa johns to report this and they did absolutely nothing
