Horrible service, needs closing or new staff . Kills papa johns name. Crust always thin and toppings scarce. Pizza literally has no taste. I'm tired ordering and getting the same crap from this particular location. Then no one answers the phone when you call.

I have been coming here since they opened.The light skinned manager that was there was very nice.He unfortunately passed away.My pizza came out exactly how it should.Now, the last 4 pizzas I got was not properly made.Whole side of an extra large crust was thinned and burned.When I first I told the new manager the situation he stated that he had several complaints and it was due to the print out but my print out was correct on the box.Next time it happened, he said it was due to the sauce being put too far over onto the crust so it didn't rise properly.The truth doesn't have several stories. I feel they take customers for granted, and think it's ok to say anything and we're stupid enough to believe it.He should have corrected the issue by talking to those employees so he does not continually have to redo pizzas.He's a con artist, it's simple as that.

Love this neighborhood papa John’s place is fast with takeout or delivery. I usually call and order for takeout and within 10 mins or less, the food be ready ? the “Shaq-A-Roni” pizza is our favorite pizza and it’s always fresh and delicious. Love the service, as soon as you get off the phone you get a text notification that your food is in the oven and you get real time updates until your food is ready to be picked up??. If you live close by or if you’re ever in the area make sure to check them out. This location is on Nostrand Ave, between Foster Ave and Newkirk Ave. Staff is always nice and easy going big ups to them hope they keep this up. The area is usually busy as this location is on the same block as 2 different supermarket and a beauty supply store but you can always double park to run in, grab your food and go.

I honestly didn't know Papa John's did $1 slices of pizza at some locations. I happened to be put on to this a few days ago. The taste wasn't bad as well, nor was the size of the slices. 2 slices and a can of iced tea came out to $3. What? Yeah, I'm not an everyday pizza feind so I'll probably stop through once in a while. But for those who love pizza and are in the Brooklyn area, I just let you know where's the bargain at.
