I’ve place an online order for pick up. Got to the store. There’s was a large crowd in the back who was obviously not employees, I was not greeted well. One individual walked up to me who seems like he didn’t even know how to take my order information. Was just all over place. I went to go pay for my pizza with a $100 bill the gentleman sitting in the back of the room saying they don’t accept $100 bills. So therefore I walked out leaving my food.. I wish they mentioned that on the website before I placed my order. But it’s okay I’m glad I had this experience, because from the moment I walk-in the store I wanted to change my mind for ordering to begin with…. Thanks for nothing, I was very skeptical on ordering papa John’s again for whatever reasons. Now I know why. Walk my lil self right to DOMINOS across the street.🤏🏽

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED I ORDERED 3 PIES AT 530 CALLED EVERY 30 MINUTES FROM 6 TO 730 PM I RECIEVED A CALL BACK AT 8PM REGARDING MY ORDER I REALLY NEVER HAD SUCH AN ISSUE BUT AS A FORMER FOOD SERVER THERE IS A SUCH THING AS A COURTESY CALL. 3 HOURS FOR 3 PIES THAT IS A 7 TO 10 MINUTE DRIVE AWAY IS SIMPLY RIDICULOUS. I'm only giving a 5 star, only because of Ms. Rita. She's a very nice hard working person. Why do you guys have her picking up phone calls, taking orders and making food ALL BY HERSELF!!! That's abuse! You guys should hire extra people working there. She's doing 3 people job. She should get a bonus and a raise. You guys are over working this lady. I'm not buying there again until I see she gets the help she deserves!

They need to bring back the old staff because the two grown men working today were HORRIBLE. I always come to buy the garlic sauce ONLY. I walked into the restaurant with my toddler said “good evening” twice & was IGNORED for 15 minutes!!! They said it’s because they were “busy” but I was the only one in the establishment & even if you are busy, let that be known, instead of ignoring a potential customer. Disgusting attitudes for so called grown men. Will not be back.
