I haven't ordered from this fast food restaurant in a couple of years. Today (04/03/24) I decided to order some pizza & wings from here for my sons & I, & I'm kicking myself right now‼️ The pizza was DISGUSTING ??‼️ I spent $78 on GARBAGE ‼️ I will NEVER order from here again ‼️Idk what happened to this Papa John's, but something has gone terribly wrong here‼️ The food here used to be tasty & fresh. NO MORE‼️

I have been a customer for many years at their old location. The staff is different at the new location but they’re respectful and customer friendly. The store is clean and it’s nice visiting there. Sometimes the wait can be a bit long but the prices are good that’s why I keep going back?. There was an issue with my order and upon getting home that’s when I realized it. I called the store and being that I was unable to go back to the store to rectify the issue, AMAZING Papa Johns sent out a delivery guy to bring me a replacement order. I was so blown away and happy about that, my kids got their dinner?They got me as a customer for life. Good work Papa Johns.

The small place just to go pick up your pizza, there is a small bench but you can't eat in there. The pizza was good, even though it took a while to make it.

My food was 40 minutes late and cold.Tried many time to call the store once the time lapsed but I was ignored by being placed on hold. I finally got to talk to someone when they called back and that's when the pizza arrived.
