Didn’t really understand the hype for this place. Fried raviolis were pretty mid and we had to ask for the sauce instead of it being offered. Sandwiches were also okay at best. Didn’t love seeing a lot of food just left out in the open, felt somewhat stale.
I was impressed and am now a forever customer! The sauce is also absolutely delicious and fresh and reminded me of when I dined at Torrisi in NYC. I won’t be buying my ravioli from anywhere else. I’m excited to try the tortellini!
I’ve been coming to Papa Pasquale Ravioli Co. for years, and it never disappoints. The pasta is always fresh, the ravioli is packed with flavor, and the sauce tastes like it’s straight from an Italian grandmother’s kitchen.
