Love the takeout here. The salmon with charred crunchy onions and incredible sauces with jolof rice is a Last Rites meal. Love the spicy ginger drink, too.

This is/was one of my favorite restaurants in NY. I legit think about my usual order of lamb shank/jollof rice/plantains at least once a week. I miss it so much. Please come back.

I miss this place, when it was open I had an amazing time with my boyfriend. We were treated very well and the staff was extremely attentive and courteous. The food was tasty and fresh. Would be there right now if I could.

The best African food in NYC. The lamb stew and couscous are amazing. The food here seems very authentic and the staff is very nice. The cooking time can take a bit but it’s definitely worth it! Be sure to look at their day of the week menu for special deals. HIGHLY recommend!

Oof. We ordered the djolloff rice with lamb on Seamless and it was just the worst. Most of the lamb pieces were all bone. The pieces that actually had meat were grisly and inedible. We had to throw the whole thing out, very disappointed :(

If you love African food you will love this restaurant located in Brooklyn. The location is a bit hard to find but if you do, you will enjoy the food.

A little pricey but the authenticity of the cuisine is rich and cultures. West African food is truly delectable. I enjoyed the attieke with fish adorned with chopped vegetables and aloko. Tre magnifique. The best part it is directly under the train

Stopped at this place out of curiosity. I've had home made African food before, but never at a restaurant. What an explosion of flavors in my mouth!! I loved it!! I had the jollof rice special with fish. The first time I had the white rice, and the second time I had the yellow rice. Both good! Don't be shy with the sauces it brings, they both add that extra umf
