The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I went there to get a cocktail and order a pizza, but was met with immediate rudeness when trying to place my order. The pizza also looked like it had been sitting out all day. With this poor treatment and curt attitude from the staff, my friend and I decided we no longer wanted to stay and looked for somewhere else to go.
When the bartender came over, we told him we were going to leave. While we waited for our Uber, the alleged “owner” – the one who was initially rude – approached us, claiming that people were waiting for our table, even though there was no one in line. The staff exchanged glances and made faces at each other, which made me feel very uncomfortable.
I asked the bartender for the name of the person taking pizza orders, and he responded with an attitude, finally saying it was the owner, and reluctantly gave the name “Drew.” Both he and the owner then returned to our table, repeating, “You said you were going to leave, and people are waiting,” despite the fact that no one else was there.
Instead of being aggressive and making us uncomfortable, they could have simply asked us to wait in the lobby. Their unprofessional behavior, nodding at each other and making faces, was frustrating and uncomfortable. We had only been there for about 15 minutes, and we ended up leaving to wait outside.
When we looked back, no one had taken our seats. This small issue could have been handled much better. They clearly need new management.

Let me just start by saying I’m always looking but rarely find for solid neighborhood joints that I can rely on for 1) QUALITY, 2) consistency (a thing that I feel so many places lack), 3) affordability and 4) vibes
This place delivers on all fronts, truly. Been living in the neighborhood for a few years and there’s a bunch of options but not many places that executes on all 4 fronts.
THE PIZZA. The za is literally so effing good. The plain and pep are the literal epitome of a NY slice. The blend of their house made sauce and the way the mozz melts into it is divine. They got all the other options and some house specialities you can’t go wrong with but yea.. give their plain a go and you’ll see what I’m talking about.
Price wise… it’s crazy but their slice is actually cheaper than Gino’s across the street. Guys.. it’s CHEAPER no knock on them but yall needa give this place a try.
The bar the bar the BAR in the back yall. This opened up as a speakeasy type concept not too long ago but damn. This part is the VOIBES forreal. Sick ass buildout and the crew is sick. Just go and you’ll figure it out. They also opened up their back patio recently and it’s huge and just everything.
If you’re still with me, thanks. But this place is downright worth a try. You’ll thank yourself.

Love this place and think they do the best of a few worlds: 1) Their pizza creates a great, and creates a casual vibe for the entire restaurant/bar 2) The drinks are delicious (even the ones not on the menu) 3) Staff is friendly & super helpful

Awesome pizza, great happy hour (slice+shot+beer= $12!), unique & delicious cocktails. We’ve been buying pies from here since they opened and have been to the bar/lounge area at least a dozen times so far. Indoor bar area is classy yet chill and the outdoor patio is spacious. The service is always outstanding. The owners and staff are friendly and attentive- you can tell that they enjoy what they do. So stoked to have this spot in the neighborhood!
Let me start by saying I placed an order through google at 10 AM, Confirmed at 1115 but Parashades didn't receive the order until 1215 (no fault of there's but definitely don't use doordash for ordering if you can help it)
I ordered 25 pies and despite me showing up at 1230 thinking the order would be ready and being disappointed that it wasn't they really knocked them out rapidly without sacrificing any quality.
most places when you place an order this size get angry and appear to not want to do it, but not here all smiles from the 2 employees the whole time.
My 85 kids LOVED the pizza as we ate them in front of the Barclays Center before our event on 7.7.24.
I would definitely recommend this establishment as their service was amazing and the quality of the food was top notch and will definitely come back next time im in the city
