Bought 2 pastries for around 10 dollars each. Was a little overcrowded but has buffet style service so you can move at your own pace. Staff was extremely friendly and kind, definitely worth a trip.

Customer service here was wonderful. I usually feel like I have a tricky order but just learned I needed to order my cappuccino dry. I always get confused responses in other locations but this barrista knows what she’s doing. Coffee came out perfect 100/10. Thank you! Got my bogo croissants soft and flaky 10/10 from the app too.

Young Asian male worker racially profiled me and my friends. Accused my Black friend of stealing a 2 DOLLAR COOKIE, like we can afford cava, bape hooodies, and long champ bags but not a 2 dollar cookie. Asked them to let us see the camera and just walked away saying “oh I can’t do anything if you’re standing outside.” Never apologized or looked at the cameras again, just said “oh if you didn’t steal I’m sorry” but legit never let us see the cameras or double checked it, and when my friends showed him their pockets and bags they just kept repeating that he stole a cookie. If your of color DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LOCATION!

I went in to this location last weekend to purchase a bday cake and I received the best service from the team at this location. Claude is an amazing team member and even helped me out with providing complimentary candles and a cake knife. Definitely recommend this location !

I bought a pain au chocolat and these are my most favorite bakery item to eat. But this was by far the worst one I’ve ever had. It was like eating an over cooked one idk. It was baked too long for me. It should have been lighter in color and some more chocolate. I paid about 5$ for this and I’m disappointed. I won’t be back.

The staff here is amazing. I am too predictable, I am ordering a large cappuccino each morning. It's ready till I am at the end of the order line. Staff deserves the best customer service award for sure. They even remember that I, as a standard European dude, prefer warm milk instead of hot. Deserts are also great. Best wishes to the staff and the manager.
