I went in to this location last weekend to purchase a bday cake and I received the best service from the team at this location. Claude is an amazing team member and even helped me out with providing complimentary candles and a cake knife. Definitely recommend this location !

I bought a pain au chocolat and these are my most favorite bakery item to eat. But this was by far the worst one I’ve ever had. It was like eating an over cooked one idk. It was baked too long for me. It should have been lighter in color and some more chocolate. I paid about 5$ for this and I’m disappointed. I won’t be back.

The staff here is amazing. I am too predictable, I am ordering a large cappuccino each morning. It's ready till I am at the end of the order line. Staff deserves the best customer service award for sure. They even remember that I, as a standard European dude, prefer warm milk instead of hot. Deserts are also great. Best wishes to the staff and the manager.

I love this bakery! Their treats are consistently delicious, and it’s always a pleasure to visit. However, I feel I need to give three stars due to some cleanliness concerns. Everything is self-serve, but there’s no hand sanitizer station available, which would be a simple way to encourage customers to clean their hands before handling the pastries. Disposable gloves could also be a helpful addition, as it’s easy to imagine someone unknowingly transferring germs by touching the tongs and other surfaces. I think it would be beneficial for the bakery to consider ways to improve hygiene and ensure a clean, enjoyable experience for everyone.
Stopped in for a quick bite. The mochi donut was delicious! There were a bunch of very tasty looking pastries.
It is a modern looking place for sweet treats.

As a Brooklynite I highly recommend this particular bakery, and the reason for that is the bakery is upstairs so what does that mean? every morning what you get is freshness in their breads & in everything that they bake & make. INGREDIENTS now we’re talking high quality flour & the icing on those cakes are not too overpowering with their sugar it’s just a perfect balance.
