Bought the mango coconut cake today and was really disappointed. The mango was not ripe and as you can see in the video, super hard. This is not what you expect from a mango. If the fruits aren’t in season or aren’t ripe, maybe it shouldn’t be used? It ruined the whole cake.

The cake I bought just yesterday afternoon was said to be made the same day. We didn’t look closely when we ate it last night, but today I found that the fruit on top has already molded… I wonder if we ate any of the moldy parts yesterday…I’m never buying cake from here again. (I saw recent reviews mentioning the same issue, which shows that this happens frequently. Yet, the store doesn’t seem to care at all about the quality control.)

I personally don’t like their pastries or drinks. Bland, way too sweet, and ridiculously artificial. Staff are rude and the food is overpriced and not fresh. You’re better off baking yourself a cake at home.

I picked up a mango coconut cake and upon taking it out of the box, discovered mold on the blueberries and blackberries. The mangos also looked somewhat dessicated. Mind you, this was within a couple hours of purchase and the cake was promptly refrigerated after bringing it home. I called the store and was told to bring the cake back and I would receive store credit. After some back and forth, I was told to send some photos over and would receive a card refund. These are not the standards I expect from this chain. I've been a long-time customer and not had this type of experience before. Quality control is a must and I would never patronize this location again.
Overall place cleanse and front desk is attentive and accommodating. The almond croissant is superb! will be back soon
