Good service, they aren't late when you order for catering. Front desk and staff are very nice and helpful. Not messy and on point. Clean location for Chinese dine in and full restaurant experience. One of the best on 8th Ave for dim sum. Highly recommend this location. Prices are fair for Brooklyn.

For a Friday afternoon, we didn't have to wait for a table even though the place was pretty packed. Each table was occupied and the place filled with loud enthusiastic conversations from everyone. The population was mostly Chinese families and elderly couples enjoying a nice time together. You know, the usual crowd... so I thought since locals go here, it'd be better than the now-touristy yumcha places in Chinatown, Manhattan.
Disappointed to find subpar dimsum. Certain dishes are a hit or miss. Spare ribs were the only good thing here, IMO.
- Sincerely, someone who has had a lot of dimsum growing up.
P.S. staff were very attentive and super friendly and nice.

Best Cantonese food in Sunset park in my opinion. seafood, chicken, duck all excellent. Very spacious and clean interior as well. Although I will say normal ordering is better than their dim sum in terms of food, but still solid nonetheless

Extremely Disappointed with Birthday Dinner Experience
I rarely leave negative reviews, but the way I was treated during what was supposed to be a special birthday dinner was unacceptable and unprofessional.
I made a reservation in advance and specifically noted that it was for a birthday celebration. I expected at least a basic level of acknowledgment — a simple greeting or just courteous service. Instead, the staff seemed unaware and uninterested. No one even acknowledged the occasion, despite me mentioning it again upon arrival.
I’m absolutely appalled by the way this restaurant handled my family’s birthday dinner, especially regarding the longevity peach buns (壽桃包)that I pre-ordered well in advance.
These buns were not just a dessert — they were a symbolic and meaningful part of the celebration for an elderly family member. I confirmed the order at the restaurant , made sure they had all the details, and was told everything was set. But on the day of the dinner, they flat-out lied and said they didn’t have any left.
I have every reason to believe they gave them to someone else, possibly a larger or “more important” party, and just assumed we would quietly accept it. That’s not just unprofessional — it’s completely disrespectful. If you can’t honor a simple pre-order, don’t pretend to offer the service at all.
Needless to say, this ruined what should have been a memorable evening. I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for thoughtful service or a place to celebrate special occasions.

I've had dim sum at plenty of places in Brooklyn and Manhattan. This one was just average. The selection was ok, not the best. There weren't quite enough workers to man the carts and so service was way slower than it usually is for ny dim sum. Might have been an off day, but given the large availability of other places to get dim sum,I would go back.

The site of a recent food poisoning following a gathering of celebration. Be forewarned.

This is the only place I know that takes reservations for dim sum. They were able to accommodate us with 3 big tables upstairs in the vip room. After eating dim sum 3 days in a roll I was kind of sick of it but after the first bite I was in love again. Expect big crowds and some waiting time.

I was at Park Asia for a family reunion of approximately 70 people. We were on the 2nd floor where there are smaller private dining rooms and a larger area where we were.
Once the banquet style course began coming out, it was a non-stop feast until the last course was brought out. Everything was so tasty and fresh. Service was great. I was so focused on the endless food and catching up with family that I didn’t take any pictures to post here.
Plenty of street parking to be had.

Food is great tasting as usual.
Pretty good service once you are seated and your order is taken.
The salted fish, chicken bits, and raisin fried rice is so savory.
The dim sum selections are the usual selection with some nice creative addition that are almost like tapas of full size entree dishes.

Came here for dim sum and left extremely full and happy. Yes some of the wait staff (some others do speak English) don’t understand English but they make the best effort to understand what you want and treat you like family and are very helpful. I have been coming here for awhile. The food here is A1 same with the prices, very reasonable.

The kitchen always has fresh refreshments delivered, and the waiters are very enthusiastic. Be sure to order the shrimp dumplings, they have thin skin and lots of fillings, and they also have lotus roots 😋
