Came around 4:30 and had to convince barista to make a pour over because he said they’re about to close with 90min left to close. Then the dosing… it tasted extremely diluted. The paper filters used werent the right kind either at the end of the brew there was mud in the filter but did it result in bitter coffee? No because there was barely any coffee for the amount of water used.
I really don’t understand the dozen or so people who crowd a coffee shop all day with their laptops working when they could’ve done so at their office. But the vibe is very nice when you can find a space, God willing.
