After seeing a video posted online of an amazing sandwich being made, I knew a visit to Pasta Fresca was needed. I arrived and was greeted warmly by Charlie. He asked me to grab some bread from the shelf for my sandwich which was still warm!!! As he assembled my sandwich, he gave me samples of the contents. Amazing fresh mozzarella, fantastic chicken cutlet and perfect prosciutto. A great experience and perfect sandwich. Top it off with possibly the best cookies I've ever had. Will definitely recommend and return.

Ordered Easter dinner for my family..Had the penne w/vodka, eggplant parm and Chicken cordon Bleu!!Rice balls and potato croquettes. It was excellent.. can’t say enough about how good the food was..Have ordered there in the past.. they never fail to provide a great delicious meal with more than enough in the servings..Highly recommend their catering as well as everything else they serve .

Words cannot describe how happy I am with this place. The owner and staff were sincere and friendly, the food was fresh and aromatic, and to be able to try his mozzarella? Honestly a blessing. I came in with no sleep and an empty stomach and left with a smile on my face that lasted for blocks. Got a roll with mozzarella and the egg and potato frittata and experienced the heartiest and most delicious sandwich I had in a while. This place is DEFINITELY worth a try, and you can bet the mozzarella you get from here will be divine.
