I am posting this comment so that the service can be fixed. The truth is that in any capi store they are misunderstanding and well this store is not an exception since they made us faces and when I asked for another size of cake they made us ugly faces and when I asked for the cover for my cake they said they couldn't give it to me and it's not fair because the cake could arrive in poor condition at our home and look ugly. I hope they can improve the service and improve how they sell the cake.

Terrible customer service...they have no patience at all. They treat you as if you were asking for charity... it's not like it used to be before and apart from everything they already give it to you without a lid... it was my favorite bakery but frankly I'm not going to return

Terrible service and the cake doesn't taste like it used to, practically you would say that the cake came damaged with a horrible taste. They were my favorite bakeries but on July 25 they stopped being there. They have a lot to improve because the attitude of the staff is horrible and the cakes are not They say they don't even want to give the tapa and since you are a customer there it is obvious that you already know how they give them and to ask about the tapa the employee yelled ugly that that was no longer given very bad service in every aspect I don't recommend it

Apart from their terrible service that seems like they give you things for free, the quality has dropped quite a bit and the cakes are all dry without milk…. Not to mention that they no longer provide a lid to cover the cake, I no longer recommend it.

Today, Monday, I just went to get a cake, but they have a terrible attitude.The tall guy with two earrings in his ear served me in a very bad way, I asked him about the flavors of the cakes and he responded with a terrible attitude as if he was asking for them for free and with his phone in hand, I hope the company works on this aspect Since I couldn't choose the cake well because I didn't even have the desire to respond, just because I actually already needed the cake, but with that attitude of this person who served, I will never buy from this place again. By the way, the cost was $55 and I honestly don't know if it was worth buying it with the terrible attitude provided by the guy who served me.

The store sells only Tres Leches cakes, whole cakes and slices, of different varieties/flavors. The cakes are good. I also bought a coffee but it had a lot of milk in it and didn't taste good or much like coffee.
The young man who was giving the samples and taking the orders behaved very rudely.

The people are so rude I speak Spanish and I tried to reason with the lady she kept laughing at my face. The strawberries were already molded and they just looked wrong. I didn’t open the packaging and I could see it was bad. The worker is very rude and they’ve lost a consistent customer.

Capy's is on another level! Me and my husband love their coconut cake. The person working was really kind to give us a slice of some kind of lime cake with our purchase! (Which our son devoured, so we will be buying that for him next time) We heard about this place from a family friend, and were bummed that we didn't find out about this place sooner! 10/10!
