I visited last night and the food was pretty good. My friend and I split the sausage pizza and other friends had pasta and a burger. All were enjoyed. I will note me and my 4 friends were the ONLY table all evening from 7:30-9:30pm which is not pointing to anything good. What’s comical is I couldn’t find a reservation online and had to email the manager who took care of it on her end. A solid neighborhood spot. The staff are always so friendly, and they don't mind if you hang around for a while! Also - their "bacon, egg and cheese sando" is better than the well-known shop up the street that specializes in bagels. Yes, I said it!
Sad to see the quality here continuously plummet after going here for years. I hope they find a way to stay in business while bringing back quality ingredients, great service, interesting menu items, and good portion sizes for the price. The new concept says it’s a diner but does succeed on any of the fronts a diner should: food, portion sizes, service, price, and vibe.
