Hard to decide if I should talk about the food first or the staff because both were amazing!! I don't want to drink water in fear of losing the flavors in my mouth. The eggs benedict come with the best hashbrowns I have ever had, mixed with jalapeños and fried in what I am assuming to be the pan they cooked chorizo in. It was so so good!!

It's great that you can create your own dish..🥙🥓🥑I chose the benedict with avocado and bacon, it's amazing.. I also tried the Caesar wrap 🌯with potatoes and melted cheese.. Also outstanding is their special omelette.🍳
For dessert, I chose crepes with banana and ice cream.🥞
In the end, I left very satisfied and I recommend you make a reservation before you go.❤️🥰

Highly recommend to call in advance to be on the waitlist so you don’t have to wait. The food is delicious. I wish they gave attention to tables water and coffee. You can sit for a long while without any refills and I had to ask for water. It’s a simple thing that can make a big difference in the dining experience.
Came on a weekday morning. Was seated quickly. Our waitress was very sweet and was able to accommodate any substitutions. Food came out quickly and was absolutely delicious. Look forward to coming again.

We got up late and wanted Brunch. I checked Google maps and Pegasus Brooklyn was rated high. Although it was away from our direction of travel we decided to give it a try. Boy was that the right choice! My wife ordered Sunny and Kale and I the Bananas Foster French Toast. Both were delicious. The service was prompt, friendly and accommodating. Do yourself a favor and try Pegasus Brooklyn.

Although my son really loves this place. I thought there was nothing special to write home about. The service was definitely not good it was a busy day nobody asked if we wanted a refill on call for your drinks. I had to ask for a fork like four times. We waited a half an hour which was fine as I said it was busy however I do not feel it was worth the wait.. I really never give negative reviews.. the positive is the banana pancakes we're very delicious.. coffee was also great too bad nobody asked if I wanted a second cup LOL. My son loves the chicken and Waffles..
