the food is decent if you want bbq wings just buy the suace on the side because when u order bbq wings they give u the smallest wings ive ever seen.Also when you want to deliever they charge you $5 dollars when it didnt say that on the paper nor did they tell me.

They never get my order right and I always have to beg for my change because they act like they can’t count. Whenever I order, I always ask to separate the veggies or rice —they confirm it, and STILL put everything together in the same container. They tell you the price on the phone and when you goto pick up, they tell you something different. Twice this has happened to me now and that’s two times too many. Fries taste very oily and the brown rice tastes stale. I don’t recommend this spot and I won’t waste time visiting in the future.

You tell them how you want your order. And they get mad at you, they don't listen. And it takes a whole 45 minutes to a hour. Just to get your food. I will never come here again. Then they also have the nerve to add tax to the food very unprofessional.

Food is good but the customer service is poor. The delivery driver is very entitled and rude. Every time he brings my food it’s already open. On numerous occasions he got very upset because I didn’t give him a tip. I no longer feel comfortable eating here and neither should you.

Of lately the rice I'd undercooked...I saved this restaurant as my favorite , and I'm disappointed in how the rice has been... last year this issue wasn't so frequent, but now it's annoying... please fix this because I'm tired of the hard rice!!!

I didn't like the quality of the food. Snarkie phone person lectured me because of her bad ordertaking. The next day, I ordered from Lucky Chen on Flatlands btwn 80th and 81st and loved the quality of their food and service. I'm happy with Lucky Chen from now on.
