Went far out of our way to give this place a try and it did not disappoint. The pizza, the pasta fagioli and the shrimp over linguine were tops. Avoid the pretentious Manhattan wannabes and pay a visit to a legit OG Italian restaurant ??

I ordered from the Bay Ridge location. Food was delicious, pizza was cooked just right, baked calzone had super fresh creamy ricotta and mozzarella and the little cup of sauce served on the side was the best tasting sauce I've ever had from a pizzeria restaurant. Prices are fair the food is worth it.

I had the pleasure of meeting Joe yesterday at the restaurant I was there with my wife, my son, and my new daughter-in-law. We had such a great time. Joe and the waitress were unbelievable. The food was out of this world. He made something that his mother used to make for us, and it was out of this world shrimp. Everything was out of this world fennel, and then we finished off with addition chestnuts, Joe and my family was so happy to meet you and the food was impeccable and I can’t wait to see you again thank you so much for all you’ve done for us yesterday I recommend Pepino to anyone that wants a great mealParking: Plenty of parking in the area I found the spot right in front was perfectKid-friendliness: There was a table behind us with kids, having a great time as well

Up from Virginia, our friend, a local, took us to this restaurant. We expected the usual Italian pizzeria but were pleasantly surprised. The appetiziers were exceptional. The baked clams were like those I've enjoyed on Christmas eve at my in-laws in Bay Ridge, perfect. The calamari was baked instead of fried and tender and flavourful. The pizza matches the best. The staff gave me the impression that they cared about both the service and the food and the owner was just as attentive. The experience was better than most high end resturants.

When you come to Peppinos you're going to be eating with the family because that's what it feels like in there. Even the customers around you make you feel like you're with family. Now the service has always been excellent the wait staff is attentive friendly and on top of things.Now when it comes to the food, I've ordered almost everything on their menu and it's always been a home run. I've done a comparison of their pizza to other places and nothing beats sitting down and having a fresh out of the oven pie there. Their apps simple yet delicious and their pastas are classic and cooked to perfection. You will have a great dinner at Peppinos.
