It was a good atmosphere but my interaction at the register felt rushed and awkward. I ordered a half dozen and the doughnuts were pretty good but not amazing.

Cash only BUT always a delight! 4 delicious fresh donuts for $7 bucks is not bad. Come earlier for a fresh one. They’ve got bagels and coffee too. Count seating is limited but you might just luck out if you wait patiently.

The Donuts and Coffee were awesome, but the bacon, egg and cheese bagel is one of the best I’ve had in the city!!
Everything is good here, and always fresh. They have a variety of donuts- both yeast and cake. Wonderful breakfast items, and I love their rolls and/or bagels with bacon, egg, and cheese( delicious). Coffee is bold and flavorful, and customer service is friendly and fast. Family owned business and a staple in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Stop by and try their goodies out for yourself. You won't be disappointed.
Do yourself a favor and just go. Expect a line for the counter or for takeaway, but everything they churn out is delicious. Donuts ? bagels and egg sandwiches are all A++ ?

A neighborhood classic that has merit beyond just being around for a long time and being mildly famous. Amazing donuts, fast turnover despite the inevitable long lines, and very affordable. It's worth a stop and maybe even a trip out to Greenpoint.

Amazing donuts & bagels, light airy donuts that aren’t too sweet! My two favorites were the honey dip and the coconut cream. Prices are super fair too!
Clearly the inspiration for the donut shop that MJ worked at Spider-Man: No Way Home.I'm a Chicagoan, but if I ever visit Greenpoint, this will be my first stop.

Great donuts. Too bad it's illegal.Cash only no minimum (even $20, 30, etc) - no credit cards, no apple pay, no cashapp, no venmo.Do better, Peter Pan Donuts.Follow the law. Accept credit cards (w/ a minimum).

I never write negative reviews but I suddenly was reminded of my experience here because I was craving the donut I got— the honey dip, which was delicious!! The honey gave the donut so much depth. However, I’m not sure I’d want to go back, as the service was horrible. I saw a video about the story/history of this mom and pop donut shop on social media and was expecting a cozy, welcoming vibe, but it certainly wasn’t like that. My partner and I came on a slow weekday afternoon (4/4 to be exact, since I see the owner has responded to some reviews saying they would “look into” the issues if provided with more detail!) a little before 4pm. When we walked in, I don’t remember anyone greeting us or smiling— what I do remember is everyone just staring. They had these looks on their faces like they were wondering what we were doing there, as if it wasn’t a… donut.. shop? So, I made a quick decision to get the honey dip donut. When paying, I was having trouble grabbing the second dollar bill from my wallet, and nervously laughed as the cashier just stared at me with an annoyed look on her face. I said “keep the change” at least twice (once before I took out my wallet, and once after I managed to get the second bill out), and the cashier still gave me back my change… But the weird part was, I heard the cashier next to her say “keep the change” as I walked away. I remember this distinctly because I turned back and was like “hm?” and they just ignored me. I left the store wondering if they had been mocking me.I noticed some of the staff (I can’t remember if the cashiers did) made clearly friendly conversation with the customers who came in after us— maybe they were regulars,I don’t know. Maybe it was all in my head. But after reading other negative reviews of rude girls at the cash register, I wouldn’t be surprised if my assessment was correct. ??♀️
