beautiful outdoor vibes but server acted like i was annoying her for ordering, menu so limited and expensive, among the worst bread i’ve eaten in my life
was redirected here by someone (maybe owner or manager or something of cafe paulette) bc they were on break and she was so kind and friendly i got my hopes up, might go back for main dining at cafe paulette

Super cute (and tiny) wine bar with an interesting wine list.

The brie sandwhich was good but I would skip the croissant
Ideal spot to drink outside with plenty of outdoor seating. Wide variety on the wine menu by the glass or bottle. The cheese and charcuterie board was excellent quality and generous portions.

Been here a few times, both for meals and drinks. The outdoor space is across from Fort Greene park and is relatively quiet despite being on the street. The indoor space is more intimate and you’re seated very close to other patrons which makes it a bit noisier when the restaurant is busy. The food was delicious, we got a mix of the steak frites, French onion soup, and foie gras. They have an extensive wine menu, so it’s a great spot for casual drinks on a nice day too.

Food was reasonable, but not special. Wine particularly expensive for mediocre quality. The service of this French business was in the hands of a Spanish-speaking boy
on steroids. He was persistent in letting us eat at the bar. Only when he saw that we were getting ready to leave could we just eat at a table. The idea is nice, but the positioning between a relaxed lunch shop and a stand-alone meeting place means that the price-quality ratio is wrong.

Man, I have explored so many bars in the city and nothing has make me feel so cozy, giddy, and so alive like this place in a long time. Unpretentious space with incredible music curated by Robin (which by the way made us feel so welcome and comfortable) that reminded me of a lot of special times in my life. It was my first time here and I am excited to keep coming back.

Being accused of walking out on the bill by a server when I paid in advance ruined my entire experience. It took everything in me not to make it a telenovela scene.
This was my third time back in 10 days bc I’m new in the neighborhood. Was raving to friends about the wines- but no more.

Stopped in for a bite and a glass of wine toward the end of the night. Very knowledgeable bartender (female) but lots of fufu words for an ordinary French rose. It was not very cold (ice in the bucket had melted long before) And then it was $23. Not many options for just a single glass of wine.
