Great to work with Krista at Pheasant! We worked with Pheasant to have an open bar and DIY taco station for our event. Krista was patient and accommodating with all our questions and worked with us to fit things into our vision and budget. Great drinks and food, things went very smooth on the day and great communication throughout.
Would highly recommend Pheasant for catering. We used them for a wedding party held at our home. I was skeptical about having caterers in our house, taking over our smallish home kitchen on such a busy day with many people in a tight space, but the staff were extremely professional, courteous, and outright kind. The food was beyond wonderful, and the presentation stunning. The head office worked with us to accommodate the menu we wanted. Chefs and waiters alike were wonderful....
Pheasant is a top tier catering team. Working with them on the menu for our wedding was a fun and easy process and the end result was a beautiful and delicious dinner and hors d'oeuvres people were clamoring to scarf down. Through a relaxed and inviting tasting and a collaborative development process, the team at Pheasant used their unique ability to interpret our palette and vision and executed on that in unexpected ways.
