I came here a few months ago in February, I forgot to post and mention that there was a small green baby caterpillar in my pho. The staff tried to gaslight me that it was cilantro when I could see its legs. And then when i showed them they took it away without letting me take a pic. Food dirty don’t come here. Also why dafuq are the walls bright green
I’m viet and just wanted to get food on a rainy day after a road trip.
The pho had broccoli, carrots, and bok choy. That doesn’t go in Pho. There were hardly any noodles. It was filled with veggies that don’t even belong in the dish
The goi cuốn were POORLY wrapped. And they stuck together so when I gently separated them, there were holes.
No problem that they’re not viet, but at least learn how to cook the food and roll it
yummy oodles, yummy sandwiches, fair price, their sandwiches are the best in the area
Owner / employee is rude. Complains directly to us for picking up only a few minutes late. This happened 3 times already and we only live 12 minutes away. Terrible customer service for mid Vietnamese food. Very disappointed since we support our Vietnamese and Asian community.
Service can always be better but food is good and the prices are decent for what you do get. You guys could use some music in the store, I have been here 3-4 times and you guys never have any music to uplift the resturant or mood. Overall price is good for what you get, authentic Vietnamese food.
In our opinion the second best pho places in South Brooklyn.
Foods great, no complaints but they overcharged for something we never received. We ordered a couple of things and also the shrimp spring rolls we never ended up receiving so I assumed we wouldn't be charged for it. They told us(verbally) the bill was $65 but in reality it should have only been $55 before tax or $60 after tax. We believed whatever price they said and gave 80 dollars. If you wanna try this spot go for it, but calculate the bill yourself, don't make the same mistake we did.
Pho 86 is ?! Their pho is legit—so flavorful, and the portions are perfect. The staff is super friendly, and the place is clean and cozy. Prices are fair too, especially for how good the food is. Totally my spot for Vietnamese in Brooklyn!

Check your bill before leaving. They gave me the wrong bill and overcharged me for more than $50 bucks. The food is ok, but you basically don’t get any services. Remember to check your bill.

My favorite pho spot so far!
I’m not crazy on the service, it can vary between friendly and being rushed out, it is what it is, the pho makes up for it.

I usually eat here with my family and my boyfriend. I think it is my personal favorite pho restaurant on 86th Street?
Everything is delicious and the price is OK
I think about eating there from time to time~ Friends who haven’t tried it yet can give it a try! I personally recommend it!

I just want to eat pho every now and then.
This one didn’t disappoint me. With such delicious food, there’s no bad restaurant, right?
I was very satisfied with the meal?
The environment inside is okay, it’s just very green?
