This place is bullshit. Don't come here. Never in my life order pho with this small portion. I was on the way home and saw this restaurant and decided to give a shot. Ordered take out and once I open up the bag . Im in shock. The portion size is worst of any viet restaurant. The takeout box for the noodle is not even half full, it's only 1/3 full. The soup was only half full on the container, and the meat was literally Fkin 5 piece. Come on bro. I know business is hard now days but you can't be scamming people when they order take out, minimizing the portion and all. Never will I visit this place again.

I used to go here with my wife and the food was wonderful, we never had an issue. I ordered food for my family today 4 orders of pho dac biet, they didnt put any tendon, no tripe, no omassa, no basil, lemon instead of lime.... not sure whats going on with them but if things have changed this drastically it would seem they're going downhill. I hope they get it back together because I loved going here

The food was good. Squid crunchy weather a nice sweet sour sauce. The pho was delicious, was missing the bean sprouts and basil..but it worked. Service was decent, timely, staff seemed helpful. Ambiance gave a traditional Vietnamese dining vibe.

If I can give this place 0 stars, I would do so. The attitude of the owner was so rude and disrespectful; I will no longer order from here again. I ordered delivery and paid around 20% tip. When I tried to order again, the owner and/or delivery person said they were no longer delivering to my specific location because the tip was too small when I ordered and paid tip appropriate for my order. They were also just nasty on the phone when I asked why.

The food was good, but the servings have gotten smaller

The grilled chicken with vermicelli and beef pho always my favorite. The service is okay. Had to call over for water multiple times and for the check. The staff is very friendly. The ambiance is simple. Kind of the same as every other Vietnamese restaurant I’ve been too. Food is always great. Cash only.

Used to be a go-to option...but now they do not take credit cards. Food is good; service is inconsistent.

I came here and I really enjoyed this Vietnamese restaurant. I love a good fresh, clean soup and clean environment. The menu has a lot of food I have yet to try, but what I did eat was very satisfying. I had the cha gio Vietnamese spring rolls as an appetizer and the fried calamari. They were both very crispy to the bite and so good. The spring rolls have meat inside. I then ordered the big bowl soup, xe lua pho. Comes with mint leaves on the side and bean sprouts. The soup itself consists of rice noodles with beef brisket, navel, frank, omosa tendon, and eye of round. Very fresh, very delicious. The service was nice and timely and kind. I will be back and try more of this restaurants' food

We have been ordering Pho Hoai for over 20yrs. It’s seems as though within the last 2 years, there are new owners: they almost never get our order correct, it’s like they don’t read our instructions. Something is always missing from the order, our orders have been very inconsistent. The noodles for the soup are not always fresh either. It’s very sad, this used to be one of more favorite restaurants in Bay Ridge. It feels like the new owners just don’t care.

A nice cozy Pho spot perfect for one of those cold/rainy days to warm up. The food was good and I do plan on coming back for some yummy pho and maybe a Vietnamese style iced coffee.

I’ve only had takeout banh mi, but this place is so warm and cozy inside it looks like it would be great for a lunch or dinner date. Food is yummy, people are nice, prices are reasonable, and it seems authentically Vietnamese as far as I can tell.

This place was okay, we were looking for someplace quick and cheap. It was really cold so we wanted something hot. I got the pho special, and we got the curry chicken, rice noodles with spring rolls, and a bahn mi. Their service was pretty quick and the staff were friendly. The pho broth was okay, it was hot. But it wasn't that flavorful. The beef tendon was sliced really thin which I liked. The curry chicken was good, and the rice noodles with spring rolls was also good. Nothing really stood out. I really wanted dessert, but we were so full from all the food!
