Wow, what a great place for all kinds of activities. Pretty good selection of beers, both on tap and cans. Amazing wings with some sting in them, and it looked like the brisket was smoked to perfection. Veeery crowded and a slow bar when we went, but that was when Team USA played against Netherlands in the World Cup. Great place, and I'm hoping their Astoria location is equally good.
Pig Beach is a Great name for this place. You can PIG OUT! ...or not. The food selections are great and delicious. I had the pulled pork sandwich with pickles and great sauce with french fries. Soooo good. Friends had the brisket and smoked meat with gr es at sides like mac n cheese collard greens
Good vibe, doesn’t feel like you’re in NYC. Best bbq I could think of in this area, food’s great! also staff is nice. The cashier made a mistake, yet the kitchen crew still gave me the larger portion for no additional cost, good customer service! They beers are great as well. I like this location better than the one in Queens.
We hosted our wedding at Pig Beach and it was fanatic! We reached out to Joely in February, 2022. She answered all our questions clearly and quickly, helped us plan the food and drink package estimate, and measure the tables so all the decorations would fit. She also showed us the venue a few times to coordinate prototype our designs of the table cards and slide shows, knock down the ceremony idea and the signature drinks. Joely is kind, professional, quick response and flexible. A few of our guests unfortunately had to bail due to COVID and flight cancellation, Joely was so responsive, understandable and helped us solve the problem instantly. We worked with multiple event planners and coordinators, Joely is absolutely THE BEST, and the most flexible and considerable event manager. The food and drinks were delicious! The ceremony went really well and everybody had a great time during the reception. The bar team did a fantastic job to make the drinks quick and delicious for us and our guests. Even when a wedding crasher came in around 9:40pm, the team found out and reacted instantly. We truly appreciate all the help and all the hard work Pig Beach did. All of the team made our special day even more special!
I had been planning on going here for years and finally did over the weekend and it was definitely worth the time. Food and drinks was of quality with a unique Brooklyn flavor, loved that they served local brews. The brisket was excellent. Will surely visit again.
I recommend the sampler platter. It has ribs, pulled pork, brisket and smoked turkey. The greens are terrific.
Went for a friends gathering on a weekday evening and the place was packed! There is an indoor section and an outdoor area with picnic tables lined up all around. The drinks line in the yard took a while, highly recommend their Loose Lucy if you are a vodka lover. Also ordered fries and brisket which were just alright. Their cornbread on the other hand was crispy and delicious. Great place to stop by and hangout just keep in mind that it can get packed easily.
Great atmosphere, very local and friendly vibe. Extremely busy, so be prepared to scout about for a table as its first come first served. The food was very good, we shared a combo between 2 for $38. Good beer selection available also with indoor and outdoor seating.
The outdoor dining here is beautiful, but tables were a little dirty so we had to clean that ourselves. Came here last week with my boyfriend around 5:30, it wasn’t packed at all. We ordered the sample platter which was around $38 I believe, it was delicious. Ribs were both of our favorites. The two slabs of pork from the platter were dry though. The collard greens were $7 and too sour for our liking so we didn’t finish it. They had good sauce options, I enjoyed their honey mustard. Would definitely be coming back again. Service was great and fast! I ordered, went to sit down and it was already ready!
Very famous place the essence of brooklyn. In warm weather, people celebrate holidays there with children and pets.Very friendly atmosphere. And even despite the fact that this is specifically a meat establishment. I did manage to find something vegan though, the bartenders make great drinks. In total I would love to go back .

Easily the best BBQ I've had in NY. The brisket and ribs were so tender. Awesome vibe and can't wait to travel back down there
Brisket. Turkey. Mac n cheese! Mostly cant go wrong, grab a table outside on a sunny day, get 3-8 of your funnest meat-friendly friends and enjoy the "beach" (canal) vibes
I love Pig Beach. Unpretentious, consistently delicious BBQ, served quickly and at very reasonable cost. A great place for families and groups, but also just for anytime you want to have hearty meal without breaking the bank. The bar also does not disappoint, with pitchers on offer alongside your usual bar fare. An instant favorite.
BBQ is good, brisket is the best thing on the menu. I’ve been to the location and ordered delivery. Heads up on delivery - prices are $1-$7 more than the regular menu (small Mac n cheese is $7 dine in but $14 if ordering through ubereats). It’s a little disingenuous. Other than that, solid place.
Literally just took food to go and besides a slight attitude from staff I found what appears to be a facial hair (beard most likely) in cornbread box and some of the food was extremely cold which is concerning to me.Mac and cheese very cold, was trying to get bites from the middle hoping for a warmer bite but nope.Pulled pork sandwich the pork also very cold which is a shame since it tasted good and the meat seemed nice and soft but again it concerned me how it was cold.Comparing to the collard greens which were steaming hot, it makes me wonder if there was a temperature issue today. Was looking for the right hangover food and this was not it. I can see why it could be good but no pride in what they serve at least to go. Maybe if u sit inside it’s a better experience.
