Pine Box is what bars used to be! Locally owned, great drinks, even better music, unpretentious and a welcoming third space for people to hang! And they have a great frozen margarita -- perfect for summer.

It was my first time visiting and I found it on eventbrite. What attracted me to pine shop is the comedy show is free (tip how much you want) and drinks are not required but we still bought. When I was looking at comedy shows in mahattan they were the opposite with a mandatory drunk minium which was a turn off. So I love pine shop for being different.After the comedy show which was 9pm to 11pm they had karoke. It was also free up until 3am I believe. So I was able to try two...
