Would highly recommend avoiding this location of pinkberry. Purchased a medium sized yogurt half chocolate hazelnut/half pomegranate. Immediately noticed that the chocolate was tasting off. Not the usual flavor and very watered down. Came back in to voice my concern and the employee said “sorry, sometimes we get a bad batch” and that was it. Sorry, what? A bad batch? So you didn’t want to refund me or ask if I’d like something else?

I got the salted caramel and it was just horrible. Tasted like water. Tasted like and icey more than frozen yogurt. I can appreciate the variety in toppings and the staff although it all felt a bit rushed….

Iv’e been an active pinkberry customer for many years and can recommend this location to anyone. Staff works hard to ensure a positive customer experience. I’ve never had any negative interactions with anyone in this store. Toppings are great as well as the flavors. Hopefully this spot stays around for many more years !
