Very disappointed in the flavors. I didnt realize until I got there that there very limited flavors. On top of that, I didn't like the flavor I chose but the toppings were good and the staff was nice.

However, one issue I’ve noticed is the inconsistency in portion sizes. Every time I visit, the amount of yogurt served seems to vary. Today was particularly disappointing — I ordered a large cup, but it was barely filled halfway, and there was a noticeable empty space underneath the swirl. It didn’t feel like I got what I paid for.
Because of this, I’d recommend sticking with the small or medium sizes. They tend to be a better value for your money, and you still get to enjoy the great taste without the frustration.

favorite neighborhood yogurt shop always satisfied especially on very hot days it’s so worth it the girls that work there are so patient and efficient especially in this neighborhood with all the kids. i always get pomegranate with crisp and strawberries i give it 10 stars if i could.

Would highly recommend avoiding this location of pinkberry. Purchased a medium sized yogurt half chocolate hazelnut/half pomegranate. Immediately noticed that the chocolate was tasting off. Not the usual flavor and very watered down. Came back in to voice my concern and the employee said “sorry, sometimes we get a bad batch” and that was it. Sorry, what? A bad batch? So you didn’t want to refund me or ask if I’d like something else?
