Such a beautiful space

Such a funky and unique venue! Great concept and such a cute aesthetic. The owner was so sweet and warm and friendly. Went for one of the concert series and got some food and drinks. Would definitely go back!

Came for an event, and while this place was cute and the staff was friendly, they’re shorting it on the menu across the board.

The house wine pour was only 4 oz. Edamame came out with no salt. I asked for a dry sake recommendation and the woman behind the bar (I think the owner) insisted I get the most expensive bottle, which was a semi-sweet. My friend’s sake bombs were two inches short of the rim on the glass.

If you have to meet a minimum, stick to something they can’t cut corners or upsell you on, like the Archer Roose canned wines. They’re higher priced than they should be but at least you’ll get the whole thing.

Also—multiple times through the night there was a smell of sewage that seemed to be wafting from the back. We were easily thirty feet away from the bathrooms, and the smell was almost unbearable. I don’t know what’s going on with their plumbing but it needs fixing.

This place has funky décor, great food and drinks, and an awesome artist-driven ethos of supporting live music. For a concert, there's a $10 minimum of food/drinks, and they need to figure out a better system so that long lines don't form at the single register (or maybe have more staff taking and filling orders?), so get here early and find a seat to enjoy your beer or milk tea and delicious fries!

Super cute artist-driven cafe!

Whimsical metal artwork caught my eye on the front of the building so I stopped in to find a large cafe space with plenty of seating.

The cafe has Japanese bites, coffee/tea + pastries, and a bar for alcoholic drinks too. There is a piano you can play, books/games to borrow, and even a nook to relax or take a nap.

They also have various events to check out too! Artists can collaborate with the space to host events for free. The owner said "This is a space for everyone" â˜ș

Def recommend for a large, quiet, artistically driven working space or meet up with friends

Very unwelcoming place. They cater to a certain demographic of people and if you don’t fall into the category like myself you will get bad service! Drinks were mid.. I won’t be coming back

This cafe offers coffee and alcohol with light bites and a cute live piano, which is great for a casual hang out or a spot to get some work done. It’s very quaint and cozy, but some of the downside to ny experience today is lack of simple “coffee” and lack of heating. Tried ordering drip coffee, but was told only Americano was available (tiny, 3 sip drink) - disappointing. I stayed to get some work done, enjoyed the live piano and eventually got a mystery beer which you get to select (fair game) BUT for at a price tag of $10 I expected the mystery drink to be in that price range. Disappointing to end up with Sapporo which is regularly $7.50, felt cheated. Yea, I selected the mystery drink but this shouldn’t have been an option with a $10 price tag. Needless to say, not sure I would recommend mystery beer. Overall, still a cute cafe for coffee and alcohol to socialize.

Cute cafe focused around live performances. We visited on a Friday night and saw many great live performances in a cute/intimate setting! They offer drinks and a small menu for food. Overall it was a great experience

Came here to see a show, it required a ticket of $22, along with buying food/drink. The venue insists it’s needed to pay the artists, but when speaking to a few of the artists after the show, they told me they’re not getting paid for their gigs, or the money they’re giving them is nowhere close to what they’re charging, which is extremely shady (the manager is known for being a shady person, as previous reviews state). As soon as you buy a ticket, the person working the bar hounds you to buy food and a drink. The food taste like it came from a generic brand from Costco, and the cafe drinks taste like you’re sipping burnt coffee grinds. I’ve been to many live music bars and venues across NYC, this one has to be one of the shadiest and pushiest one I’ve been to. There’s so many good places to go see good local artists and performers across NYC. I won’t be returning to this venue.

Parking: Parking available on the street

Wheelchair accessibility: Venue has very narrow room to walk around, not very wheelchair friendly
