where do I even begin? The food, the people, the service is amazing. The chicken roll and the Buffalo Chicken pizza is absolutely to die for! The people are caring and make you feel welcomed and warm. Especially Ghufran, he’s doing an amazing job and I wish him the best. Best food you can get in the surrounding area and you can’t beat the taste, quality, atmosphere and most importantly, the price!!! Thank you Pinos and thank you Ghufran. Will be coming back!

I Ordered a Meatball Parmigiana Hero I DID NOT GET A MEATBALL PARMIGIANA HERO, I GOT SLOPPY JOE. What I got was a big lump of very soft Italian bread with traces of some kind of meat slop in it (no meatballs whatsoever) and a lot of this what they call sauce. The cheese was not too bad. This had to be one of the worst meatball heroes I have ever had! COME ON GUYS, THAT’S NOT ITALIAN FOOD! How hard is it to 1. Make some good meatballs, 2 toast the Italian bread,3 put a good amount of meatballs in the toasted bread, 4 cover with some parm, 5 throw some good sauce on it, wrap it up… Deliver. IS THERE ANY GOOD ITALIAN FOOD PLACES LEFT IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD? I also got the Eggplant Parm, more breadcrumbs and parm, very thinly cheaply sliced eggplant. The pasta Penne was watery… COME ON!!! - GIVE M A BREAK!!! THIS FOOD WAS HORRIBLE!!! I HATE WRITING BAD REVIEWS!!! But this place deserved it. I’m not ordering from here ever again. Sad, I’m Italian, I live in the neighborhood a long time, and just wanted a meatball parm hero so I didn’t have cook on a very hot day… $24.00 for that slop - Thanks.

Very rude experience once again. I always try and support the business but I’m always met with rudeness. I don’t like to accuse anyone of racism but at this point that is all it seems to be. I always tip big and I’m always polite but for some reason I’m always getting my food tossed at me or just getting very rude responses from the workers no matter what. The food is very bland as well and not worth the disrespect.
Everytime I order something is either wrong, missing or takes forever. So I decided to place my order in person past few times and each time the order was wrong as well. I used to really like this place but too many disappointing experiences, also the food is not anywhere as good as it used to be. The chicken parm sandwich was sooo thick and chicken was like rubber!

I ordered the potato croquettes, rice ball parmagiana, and the lasagna. OMG!!! HUGE PORTIONS and every single bite of each dish was outstanding! I will definitely be ordering again!!!
As a broke college student, nothing beats the value on their garlic knots. They taste amazing and they aren’t shy on the seasoning! Only gripe with it is that marinara isn’t complimentary, but if that’s what has to happen to keep their cost low, I don’t mind! Maybe a free marinara with 4 orders?

So I order food via Seamless at 6pm, it’s now 7:05. I called Pinos he says he’s waiting on a driver. So essentially my food is just sitting there. This is unacceptable. He should really focus on pick up orders only, if he doesn’t want to pay delivery drives Never again.
