Their Galette des Rois (Kings Cake) is absolutely outstanding. I order mine from a different NYC bakery every year and this one tops the list so far. I was particularly impressed by the quality of the puff pastry (it stayed perfectly crispy for two days!) and I really enjoyed having crunchy pieces of nuts in the frangipane, which is a nice twist on the classic recipe. Beautiful work, thank you!

Yvan and his team at Pistache NYC have been wonderful. They have now catered 3 events for us - a dinner with wonderful quiches and Christmas bûches, and most recently 2 King Cakes party... The cakes are authentic, delicious and Yvan is very responsive and flexible. As a French citizen looking to recreate French traditions in NY, I highly recommend!

A former colleague of mine traditionally sends me an item from Pistache every New Year. Last year it was a lovely King Cake. This year it was a pistachio buche de Noel which was absolutely fantastic. Beautiful to look at and delicious. It was personally delivered by the owner on New Year’s Eve! I wish I had taken a photo as it was a work of art. I attach a king cake photo from last year. I highly recommend every delicacy coming from his kitchen. I have never been disappointed.

My husband wanted a Paris-Brest for his birthday and Pistache made us the most beautiful and delicious PB for him! They were quick to reply to emails, super friendly and I will definitely be ordering for them again. We look forward to trying all they have to offer and crossing fingers they open a storefront soon.

Pistache catering made such a difference at a corporate reception that I've just attended. Little tarts looked amazing and tasted even better. It's not your typical microwaved finger food. These treats made with love were perfect ice-breakers. The reception was a great success thanks to all amazing people, who attended and catered the event. I would definitely recommend Yvan to anyone looking for a caterer.

We went for new years eve. Spent over 800$, even with the fix menu of $200 per person. They added the pasta black truffle for an additional $45. The first serving was duck liver, the second serving was scallops in which we got one scallop each, third serving was brisket with no vegetables, and the last serving was dessert. Such a total rip off!!!

I was planning to have Pistache NYC cater my New Year's Eve party since he came so so highly recommended. I spoke to Yvan multiple times with many changes, where he had to draw up new menus which he did without any objection. It turned out I had to cancel due to medical reasons. He was so gracious, not only refunded all the money although I had insisted he keep a portion since I had to cancel, HE ASKED FOR MY ADDRESS AND DROPPED OFF A BOUCHE NOEL!!!!!I am in awe of Pistache NYC and Yvan Bedouet and can not wait to have them cater my next party.Thank you

Ordered the pear tartes bourdaloue for Thanksgiving. The tartes were great. The pears were not overly sweet, but were still delicious. The owner was very accommodating in getting it done in time and picked up. Over all, a++. Experience.
