The waitress noticed my burrito hadn’t arrived yet and figured out that there was a problem in a kitchen. I hadn’t complained or anything, but they still comped my Diet Coke, which was nice. My ginger burrito was good and exactly what I needed (high protein) after a long workout.
by far a go to place for me so many options and lovely food, also enjoy the fact that they aren’t too fussy about substitutions .. been going here since before they took over the space on the right, the quality has remained consistent i’m obsessed with the food 10/10 it’s not even a question KEEEP UP DA GOOD WERKKK ! thanks always for a fab experience

Went here for breakfast with a friend and really enjoyed the food—especially the yuca fries, which were my favorite! The place has a cozy, welcoming vibe that makes it great for a casual bite. I’d definitely come back for the food alone.
That said, the service was just okay. It felt a bit off having to pay and tip at the time of ordering, especially without knowing what kind of service to expect. Nothing about the service stood out, but it wasn’t bad either—just not particularly memorable.
Overall, I’d return for the food and the ambiance more than anything else.

The food here tastes like it has very fresh ingredients. the bowls and burritos are simple, healthy and really good. i also appreciate the clear labelling of vegan items on the menu.

feels like I’m in LA — fresh bright spacious airy and healthy food. Yucca fries down boots, iced ginger lemon tea is tea, pao de quejo (sp?) on period.
I have been going to Pitanga for years and honestly always bring my friends and family here. This time I ordered a chicken sandwich and im 8 months pregnant so it wasn't agreeing with me, I took one bite and asked to switch to an egg sandwich the restaurant told me since I took a bite of the sandwich I couldn't get it taken off the bill.... I thought this was kind of ridiculous and poor service especially being that I'm pregnant and literally took a bite.

Wanted to be more impressed - atmosphere was lovely, fresh juices are great. Terrible matcha - grainy and brownish green. Underwhelming breakfast sandwich with mildly stale croissants.

Recently went to a birthday party and we stopped here for a nice healthy lean tasting meal. We usually go for lunch this time it was an earlier dinner. It was healthy and tasted good. Like home. If you make good food at home and you want to keep that wholefoods taste on the road. Try these folks!

Charming brunch spot with flavorful dishes.
Stopped by Pitanga for brunch and tried the French toast—very delicious overall, though the banana topping wasn’t quite my thing. The coffee was solid, and the ambiance had a relaxed, welcoming vibe that made the experience enjoyable. Service was a bit on the slower side, but still accommodating and kind. Would return to try more from the menu. A cozy spot with real potential.
