I like the authentic NYC Bodega experience. There were a few old men sitting, drinking coffee, playing lotto. I like to get away from tourists.
The food however is hit or miss. We had one slice of pizza that was awesome and one that was OK and we had a sandwich that was not good.

I bought two pizzas and water, it's 4 dollars, but they charged me 8 dollars, I pay with a debit card, this is very strange, they lie and say it's a tax, but there can't be that much taxes, please send me a receipt to this address. store, let them work honestly, or the cashier is lying, or the store

Beware?Make sure you check your credit charge. My order was $9.80 because I used a card. He scanned my card away from me so I couldn’t see how much he charged. I looked at the statement and it said $12.37. I called but they pretended like they didn’t know what was going on.
