ive nver seen a BIGGER rat before, WOWWY. EATING then rat on my shoes, PIZZA was thrown, NO REFUND. Never again. would reccomend
Parking: Never in my 2020 ford f250 dually that also acts as a wheelychair acceptable vechile; NEVER have i ever had such a delightful expeirence while parking. however... as pulling out after deligthful meal... RAT... jump into 2020 ford f250 dually that also acts as a wheelychair acceptable vechile. However... therefore perchance, would reccomend... in theory .

It would be nice to have actually received my order ...... I placed my order at 8:44 pm 7/14/2024 for which I got a confirmation email and never received anything, BUT I was definitely charged for it. I tried calling several times and no one answered.....we have had several negative issues with this particular pizza hut location. I had no intentions of EVER getting pizza from this location but my son begged me to try their new "Tavern Style Pizza".....what a horror!!!! I eventually had to place an order with another Pizza establishment!

The only order three things from here so I don't have a broad experience in regards to the food. However, I enjoy what I order. The reason why for the two stars off is because for whatever reason when I order through Uber Eats there's a 50/50 chance that the delivery person will arrive with no bag. Imagine opening your front door to see each individual item stacked bare and the drink in the other hand, no bag provided to the delivery person to ensure nothing spills. Every restaurant including this one has to do better in providing a bag and make sure to staple or tape down the bag. It would hair be easier for the delivery person and for the customer/recipient.

PIZZA PIZZA ?jk that is little caesar’s slogan and he was betrayed by 60 people. A horrible moment in our history as a species….but this is a review about PIZZA. Can you out pizza the hut? Well this pizza hut is attempting too. Pizza Hut as an establishment seems like it should no longer be around. It seems like a dated relic from another time. This Pizza Hut strikes a healthy balance. Many others speak of cold undercooked pizza. Ours was cooked and we ate all of it. You can use my hand as a reference for a medium pizza. Thank you and goodnight!!

This is easily the worst Pizza Hut in the country. When they DO actually get you your food, it's a mess, cold, and incorrect, but more often, they make you wait 45 minutes, then just cancel your order with no explanation. It's happened to me multiple times. Just don't waste your time with this place.

This pizza hut is the best one in Brooklyn. Staff is helpful, and food is always fresh. The area can be a bit overwhelming sometimes, but tough it out if you want the hut.

Ordered a large one topping pizza for take out and came in 30 min later to pick it up. Told the man at the register my name and he went looking for my order. After searching up and down and asking his staff if they made it, he comes to me apologizing and saying to give them 10 min to make it. A little annoyed, I say fine because I’m already here so what is 10 more min. The staff looked so messy and were acting incredibly childish doing their job but I just wanted my food and to go. After about 15 min, I see them bickering with each other and complaining about an order being wrong. It was my order. They didn’t put any toppings on it so while looking over at me to make sure I wasn’t looking, they began stuffing the toppings into the cheese. One of the girls even awkwardly waved and said hi since I was staring at them doing it. I wish I was making this up and that I took a picture of it. They bring it out to the front to give it to me and I open it up and laugh at the patchwork job they did on my order. They ask if it’s ok and the original guy at the register said of course it’s not ok. He then told me to take a 2 liter of soda as an apology. I will never come back to this location.
