I ordered the “oven chicken Alfredo pasta” and it came DRY with NO FLAVOR, and WHERE WAS THE CHICKEN??????? I’m so sad, that was my dinner. I couldn’t be more disappointed. I was expecting something really good and tasty, but the bread was perfect 1000/10. Plus one the driver was amazing. He came in like 10 min.

I placed my order at 6:08 on the app and it said it only took 20 min but the app said my order wasn’t going to be ready until 6:33 ..got to the store at 6:40 and my order was incomplete..I was told to wait 10 min to get my order right its fam need 7:20 …..really

If I could give 0 stars I would. The website informed me my food was ready. It wasn't. I was ignored for the first 10 minutes I was in this location then told my pizza was ready but I had to wait for the bread. Another 10-15 minutes go by and I ask a different employee how long will it be. A third employee, a woman with large open sores covering her face(probably shouldn't be working with food) yells "Don't let them rush you! This ain't McDonald's! It takes long to cook!" Another 15 minutes go by and I finally get my by than cold pizza with incorrect toppings and undercooked cheese sticks. Go to literally any other place. THE WORST PIZZA HUT.

This pizza hut location would be better off closed for so many reasons - & I've been living here for 30+ years. I came here on Halloween day at ~6pm with my 3 year old who is autistic. There were 15 other ppl waiting for their order that was left sitting unattended - mine included. After 10-15 min. Of waiting for someone to start passing out orders, I was being completely ignored several times after politely telling them my order is ready. My son was crying & screaming & I was repeatedly being ignored. 10-15 min later - another customer shouted to the employee "are you not going to assist him?". This was the only time that they had assisted me in a rude demeanor. It was the most embarrassing experience & was extremely insulting. It was as if the employee was purposefully assisting her own kind first, and ignored me for being Hispanic. & the cherry on top - no manager or supervisor on-site. This neighborhood would be better off if this location was permanently closed or under new mgmt. Otherwise, the worse pizza hut location in brooklyn. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE AVOID!!! YOU WILL THANK ME LATER! DEFINITELY WISH I RECORDED EVERYTHING! SMH - But I figured they would've just ignored me even more...>_>..

I just tried to order a pizza and spoke to the most unintelligent and ignorant person ever. I kept asking for a large tavern and she kept repeating meat lovers from an old order. Unreal. Hire smarter people. I will never be going back to this Pizza Hut location.
