I am in shock, ordered pizza from 1315 Fulton St waiting for 2 hours for our delivery. Called the store to be told that the delivery driver has stollen our meal and the store cannot do anything about it. And to top it off the refund will take 2-3 business days to hit my account. People word of warning if your meal is stollen by the drivers that pizza hut is claimed they not in charge off the delivery drivers....... you're on your own. This store not long opened and this BS is already going on. The staff that I spoke with is like not even trying to help the situation and no concerns that the driver has not delivered a customer meal, but like nothing he can do. This will be the last time I choose pizza hut over domino's. And not in favor of them either

Bro asked me several times to write a review. Sure! Checked the order and one pizza requested a white sauce and they made it with red sauce. The other one requested cupped pepperoni and came with regular pepperoni. Then tells me they ran out of the sauce i ordered. No contact made, they just substituted the sauce in the order. Then the wings were supposed to be boneless and they came as bone in wings. So i ordered 2 meals and got 4 substitutions. And just fyi the my hut box original pan pizza box - the pizza is smaller than a personal pan pizza and the order of wings comes with 2 wings - i think its for children.

They just opened up not too long ago. Great customer service whole team cares whole team works together and if they make a mistake, which is not much, they always do the best to correct it ASAP quick as possible love this location a lot better than the location and I love that cruise diverse as far as nationality ethnicity And last, but not least they actually communicate with you not just there to work like most people out here !!! Big fax

Been waiting for Pizza Hut to open up here for a minute. Super happy they're open! Got the tavern style pizza. Pretty good, but when making it they definitely need to make sure they get the toppings all the way out to the edge! The crust shouldn't curl up on that pizza. Same amount of stuff, but spread out properly.
The guys there were super solid. Nice dudes. Will def be back.

I went to Pizza Hut in Brooklyn on Fulton street and they are selling toy Pizza this is the worst.
Great new location with friendly employees and tasty pizza. I pray the quality at least stays the as it is.

Whole crew was struggling except the manager. Watched a man try to make a pizza box for 10 minutes, my pizza needed to be remade twice and I never received it. They were out of pepperoni. A member looked in the oven for a soda

I went there the very first day they opened. The young lady that took my order was very pleasant but, unfortunately she didn't get my order right. I didn't realize it until I got home. She charged me extra and didn't give me what I asked for. The pizza was average, and the wings were salty. I'll never eat there again :(
