If I could rate this place at less than 1 star I would. We ordered from there at 7:22pm and by 10:30 it STILL WASN'T EVEN PREPARED let alone delivered. When I called to cancel they said "it's really busy". NOWHERE in NYC is so busy that you have to wait more than 3 hours for delivery. Do not order from here!!!

I used my debit card to pay and coincidentally the next day someone used my card to buy 500 dollars in gift cards online. Didn't use my card anywhere else all week. Watch your card when you pay!

Pizza Hut, you have to get rid of these dashers. I am looking through these comments briefly and I feel some of these people don’t realize that it’s an outside delivery dasher that brings us our orders. So I’m told. I want to believe that for whatever reason you chose this not realizes how important the care and timing of our deliveries are as well as quality and service from your employees ( shoutout Chris! Thank you speaking so kind, well and resending my order) It might be time to increase the quality of the food, have a more realistic time frame for delivery if you’re keeping these dashers and get your employees like Chris a raise. I was worried that not only was I paying for another of pizza, that it wouldn’t be smashed or so cold from the dasher not calling me the second night but eventually it got to me.
