The workers are very friendly. My cheese pizza was a little too burnt to my liking, and they offered to make a new one with no hesitation to make it to my liking. Anywhere else you get attitude or they won’t make it over. So thankful. Well done ladies

They need to hire more workers, waiting an hour and a half for a delivery and you live 3 blocks away is crazy, for that I can just go pick it up myself but then again that why I chose delivery so I wouldn't have to leave the comfort of my home! I call and ask why my delivery is delayed They say they have 2 workers atp who the owner of this franchise because he needs to do better! Update: 2 1/2 hours later the delivery guy canceled my order. This store deserves to be shut down!!!

These employees are lacking times ten absolute poor service and poor customer service. Manager knew nothing about the App that was having problems and didn’t do anything to even attempt to help fix the problem. Either shut this store down or hire an entire new staff unfortunately will never order or even come in to order at this location ever again.

I ordered a pizza for delivery, the pizza arrived without enough mozzarella, the cheese was dry, sticky and sour, I called and they transferred me to Uber Eats instead of treating a really disappointing case

Absolutely a waste of money and time. I got the 19.99 box bundle. Both pizzas were undercooked and you can tell they were rushed. And also, how can you undercook them AND still burn them?? The pasta was lackluster. All the cheese was balled up into one area if the aluminum bowl. The ONLY decent thing was the cheese sticks. VERY disappointed not only in pizza hut, but myself for once again trusting this location and thinking I'd be able to enjoy a meal. Now I have 23 dollars worth of bs I don't even want. Highly recommend you NOT order here!!!
