Im so sorry but I must let people know... Be very careful ordering take out from this place. Their potato salad was sooo pungent. Had a strong vinegar and sweet taste which made me and my family VERY ill the night we ate it. The oxtail was all pieces of pure fat (not the regular fat that comes on it, it was literally all fat) the oxtail mixed with rice made a super mushy and unpleasant texture which resembled gelatin. I paid for plantain and they gave me one tiny half piece of plantain in one order and not even one piece in the second order. They did not even care to pack everything with care. It looked terrible and smelled terrible. I dont like to give reviews like this, nor do I like to complain about oxtail because I've eaten from MANY different establishments who serve oxtail but this has to be the most awful experience I've ever had with oxtail. Truly disappointing and severely overpriced. Im giving this a 1 star with a yuck review.

I just called to complain that the oatmeal porridge that I ordered this morning looked and tasted like cream of wheat. Where were the oats? They're misleading people with their oatmeal porridge. I couldn't even speak to anyone after calling twice. Once, someone pretended they couldn't hear me and the second time the woman put me on a long hold and never came back. I'll go back to purchasing from Best Bites or Topaz.
