Service is so bad if i can give no stars i would took servers too long to come to my table also it took too long for them to make a hookah that wasnt good after the lady made a new one

This place wasn’t the best they don’t tell people until they get there that there’s a fee to go smoke. In addition, when we got there they had no liquor. So we waited at least a hour to get drinks. Then the waiters are horrible they aren’t attentive at all and we was the only one in the spot which is crazy. Once customers came in that’s when we they came to take our orders I spent 5 hours in this place. This place needs better management & employees and then it will be better

Let me just say the food is delicious!!! There is no doubt about it and the ambiance is like the planets but chill vibes.
The only complaint ever was the service. We called to see if there were tables available. The young lady with the curly hair said it was after being put on a hold for a little while. She said she had tables upstairs available. We came in and were told the seats by the door were the only tables available. Okay fine. Waited 20+ minutes to get our orders taken. Waited another 45+ minutes to receive our drinks. We never got our two other appetizers. It was 3 of us and only 2 of us got our actual meal. We shared out or food with her and by the time the mistake was realized, another sweet young lady with the black shirt was so apologetic. She apologized on behalf of the curly haired waitress so many times and you can tell she was really sorry (GOD BLESS HER & PLEASE KEEP HER). I truly wish she was our waitress! She went to get the manager who saw the angry look on our faces. The manager brought out my friends meal but by then, we had already split our food and she lost her appetite. He spoke with us and compt my friends meal for sure. If I didn’t say anything, the original waitress was going to ring up all of our food plus the appetizers we never received.
We came 9:45pm and left close to 1am (mostly just waiting). The dj outside was excellent and so was the food but the service stinks. I hope one day it can be fixed because I would go back.

I don’t even leave reviews but I LITERALLY had to come back and leave a review! 10/10 GREAT EVERYTHING! The food for the most part is GREAT! Some things you may not like however MOST OF ALL IS GREAT! Me and my friends of 6 came and ordered the entire menu including the drinks and it was GREAT 10/10! The Music is EXCELLENT! The best DJ in NYC so far and I’m from the Midwest.

The experience I had here was okay. This place is 420 friendly because I do not smoke it was a lot the smell and atmosphere for me and my friends. I'd your not a weed smoker you probably won't enjoy it. In addition, the service was slow, they had 1 waiter working the whole downstairs. That doesn't even make sense, they need to hire more waiters. In addition, the service was smoke and food took a while to come. However, the food was good and the music was nice. Personally I wouldn't go back though.

Yeah No…. didn’t like it. I don’t mind that it was empty because it was definitely empty on a weekend night but they did not have drink options and the one drink we got was a hennyergy and it was so sweet and syrup & cost $22 !!!! Tasted like we woulda caught diabetes if we kept drinking it. I respectfully told two of the people who worked there it was too sweet and possibly needed water and both neither offered a solution and the one girl who made it was offended even tho we was nice about it and was like … well i made it myself and i always taste my own drink… like girl and it taste too damn sweet. We paid and left the drink. I won’t be returning. The bar isn’t even visible it’s like hidden in a room so you can’t see your drinks. Yeah i’ll pass

This venue is really nice if you are just looking to have a quick meal and a place to just decompress from the day. You can come here with friends and enjoy the vibes and game selections that they have. I do recommend asking for vegan options if it's available ( it's really good! And made with 💕). It's also a good late night vibe with your date as well. The lobster bites are really good! Just would have to tell your server to make the drink strong. See your liking but everything else is fine 🙂

Went to the spot out of curiosity, i seen they had the “Oxtail Tacos” (instantly caught my eyes) had to try it & i can say it’s worth buying & then sitting inside while looking at the artistic drawings on the wall, the board/card games available makes the experience better.

Pluto Lounge is one of the best late-night restaurants in Brooklyn, open until 12 AM on weekdays and 3 AM on weekends. Perfect for date night or a casual night out.
Food: The Salmon Rasta Pasta was flavorful and perfectly cooked (100/10). Salmon Bites were fresh (10/10). Sweet Plantain Fries were outstanding (10,000/10), and Green Plantain Fries were tasty (9/10). The Henny Colada cocktail looked watery at first but ended up delicious (10/10).
Atmosphere: Relaxed glow-in-the-dark lounge with both indoor and outdoor seating, a DJ keeping the vibes lively. PLUS, a downstairs area for that puff puff pass IYKYK.
If you’re looking for late-night food, drinks, music, and good vibes in Brooklyn, Pluto Lounge is worth the visit.
