I eat here a lot since I work nearby. I love how their customer service is always great and they keep the place well organized regularly. Pricing is reasonable and they serve big portions.

I asked for the student discount yet charged me full price after telling him he said "I got you next time" once at home I opened up the box to see this messed up looking Poke Burrito.

Ordered food on seamless at 7:15 .. had to call at 9:05 to cancel my order.. the place was closed and my driver didn’t pick up so I had to call seamless.. no one showed up and no one bothered to call to say they were running late.

They really need a bathroom for customers. Food is good and I hope they stay open but I have left several times now due to lack of bathroom. Not as enjoyable if your kids have to pee or if you can’t wait your hands before you eat.

Ordered two poke bowls, only one came. When I called back they refunded me the one that didn't come, had to wait three days to get my money back. Plus the 15% tip stayed with the price for two.

I'm only giving this place two stars because the food is good. The customer service is an absolute nightmare and the woman answering the phones doesn't even know where the restaurant is located. My food was over an hour late (I found out it was a result of confusion about my order but nobody bothered to call me to clarify in order to fix that confusion) and my husband had to go pick it up as a result which was doubly obnoxious because I had already tipped on the credit card that I had used. In the end, we ended up canceling the order which was made even more difficult as it was through GrubHub. I would encourage you if you want to try this place to dine in because delivery is a nightmare. We won't be giving our business again.

Salmon was a bit fishy which means it wasn't that fresh. But overall no food poisoning yet

I thought this place was pretty bad. Staff wasn't friendly. The seaweed salad and crab salad were terrible. The avocado looked rotten. Some of the worst poke I've had

Grain bowls are a great way to eat healthy and is extremely delicious if well constructed. Nothing is a great way to do so than poke bowls and pokeworks is a sterling example

First time at Pokeworks and it is different from Pokebowl. First off, the rice is smashed together to the bottom. Next the protein are mixed with add ons and the sauce. It is then poured on the rice and more topping are added. I find this poke to be very saucy compared to pokebowl which isn't terrible. It's all about preference and I prefer Pokebowl over Pokeworks. Price seemed to be more expensive as well. At least I gave this place a try.

Place was decent when it opened. Last 3 times i got poke bowls I've been disappointed. Fish tasted old and the rice is all clumped up and very cakey and over cooked. Sadly I won't be returning again. Gave it too many chances
