This is not the first time I've been to this restaurant and every time I go they never disappoint. Food was amazing. My boyfriend loved it as it was his first time. Will definitely continue to go.
The restaurant is quite good, the food is tasty, but the portions are relatively small. However, the service is excellent.
Definitely one the best restaurants in the Brooklyn area. Has a unique cuisine & the atmosphere is very chill & service is great. My favorite dish is the Salmon D’ Oro which is a green rice wit peas & peppers, very well marinated & on top of rice is a crispy salmon & salsa criolla. I always look forward to coming here. Great Spot!

Service excellent. Food excellent. One diner had a Shrimp dish which was a little light on quantity of shrimp. He was still hungry. Was very good though. Nice selection of beer & cocktails. Pisco Punch was great. A bit tight on seating & warm - more than one table of people were fanning themselves with menu. Would definitely go back.
Came for a happy hour beverage (Sangria) and enjoyed. The customer service was on point from entry to the point of exit. Will be rejoining for food.

I came here as a group 6 and was happy to visit a Peruvian restaurant. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The decor was nice and everything was clean.
I had the quarter chicken (served with rice and beans) and the Cusco salad. Both were very delicious.
The atmosphere got a score of 4 only because the acoustics were not great. Although the restaurant had only 5 tables filled, it was hard to hear each other so the conversation didn't flow as we had hoped.
Having spent quite a bit of time in Peru, I wouldn't call these authentic Peruvian, but the food was tasty.

A fun Peruvian Spot. Great Rotisserie Chicken combos and ceviches. The atmosphere could use an update.
Dietary restrictions: They have shellfish free ceviche!

50 Dollars for a rotisserie chicken, forget it friend.
After searching the area for a good restaurant we finally settled on Pollo D Oro. Arrived at around 5:30, the restaurant was empty. Only guests there. We were greeted by a server that told us that we could not be seated because a huge party was coming and could be seated at the bar. I found it strange since the reserved area was only two tables . Anyway another sever shouted someone shouted something in Spanish at the server with us and magically a table was available now. I’ve been to restaurants all around the world and have never seen denied seating at an empty restaurant that doesn’t require reservations. Anyway we ordered our food, ate and paid our check. The large party came and it was a whopping 4 people lol. My advice to this restaurant, train your staff on racial biases. There is no need to be so terrified of black people that you would deny seating at an empty restaurant until your coworker has to shout at you saying they can sit since the party is coming later. I speak Spanish, and understood them, but I guess your staff assumes people like me wouldn’t right? POC beware if you choose this restaurant, and expect cold, and nervous service.

A very good option for business lunch. Most of the menu items are consistently well executed.

This restaurant is overpriced considering the quality of its food, which was overly salty and mediocre at best. If this is what Peruvian food tastes like, I can do without ever having it again. The mojito & margarita were terrible and from their taste they likely use the cheapest liquor available. The single bathroom was filthy and had no paper towels or way to dry your hands. Also, the waitress tried to charge full price for happy hour drinks and said, “happy hour ended at 4pm,” which was not the case. Be prepared to have a 15% gratuity added to your check along with a 4% credit card charge. This is the worst experience I have had in a restaurant that receives a 4.7 review on OpenTable.
