Not what I expected. Certainly not what a restaurant priced like this should be like. Not very classy place. Very classy prices. More a family style place. Tons of children. Tons of noice. Depicted very differently on line. Took my friend there for her birthday. Traveled quite a while to get there. Classiest thing about this restaurant is the awning outside.

Entirely too loud. EDM remixes of 2010s pop songs blaring so loud you can't even hear the person next to you. 0 classic italian vibes. Mediocre Italian food. Would not come back.

I recently visited Ponte Vecchio with a friend, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. We were served by a waiter with spiky hair who was noticeably chubby and shockingly rude. His attitude was dismissive, unprofessional, and made the entire visit uncomfortable.
From the moment we sat down, we felt unwelcome. Basic courtesies were ignored, and any questions we asked were met with sarcasm or eye-rolling. It honestly ruined what should have been a nice outing.
I expected much more from a place with this kind of reputation, but this experience left a bad taste and it had nothing to do with the food. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who values respectful service.

This is my favorite restaurant we have had so many celebrations and mile stones experienced here with family and friends. Totally worth the 1 1/2 drive from our home. We started coming here on day one of opening. The only thing that would make it even better is if they brought over the champagne chicken from Areo's that is the only dish I miss as many others are also on this menu.

This is one of our go to places for special celebrations. We went for our anniversary dinner. First a lovely drink at the vibrant bar. Then a wonderful dinner. One of us had the stuffed calamari with crab meat. This is prepared so authentically Italian. I had forgotten what real calamari looks and tastes like, having first tried this quality in Italy years ago. This was authentic and memorable. It was a vibrant and pleasant Thursday night.
