I paid extra for added toppings and meat section. I get home with my pick up order the staff didn't pay attention to my request at all . I even had items I'm allergic too . I couldn't even eat the food smh ...

Rude, unkind staff and managers denying my family use of our coupons. They claimed the two of us were considered the same customer because we were standing together. I had 3 to use and they repeatedly denied the use of the 3rd coupon citing “only 2 per customer”! Luckily a Good Samaritan in line help us purchase our 3rd couponed meal with her order and even called those rude staff members out while waiting and watching they didn’t do anything funny to our food. Shame on this Popeyes! Their location on the corner of Flatbush & Parkside is probably the only reason they get business…

On Friday November 2nd 2024 I went to this store called Popeyes and the address is 722 Flatbush Ave Brooklyn NY 11226 that is between Winthrop Street and Parkside Ave I bought two pieces of signature chicken with biscuit and fries that cost me $5.99 plus tax $6.52 after waiting more than fifteen minutes to ordered my food as soon I get home I was enjoying the food Friday evening the next day On Saturday November 3rd at 6:00 pm I had diarrhea I had started passing gas like crazy which is not normal for me to have I started running to the toilet ? so many times I lost count I ran to to the toilet from 6:00, pm all the way to 7:00 am in the morning ? when I have to go work the next day at 10:00 am in the morning ? my advice to any African American customers that spend their hard earned money at this store this so called Fast Food Restaurant Popeyes sell stale rotting ? food that is going get you sick don't go back to this so called Fast Food Restaurant called Popeyes it's not worth it.

Very horrible place. Been here three times and all 3 times they messed up my order. Today the were quick to ring up my order and take my money. After they had taken my order they say they don't have half my order they ran out. I said I want a refund then the manager says NO refund Have to pick something else. I said I don't want what anything else but what I paid for. The manager and cashier totally disrespected me.
I recommend people to NOT eat here. I want the corporate office to contact ASAP. This is very poor customer service. All the staff wanna talk about is getting drunk and smoking weed. No cool.

I’ve come to this location a couple of times and i can say that wow they have such great service and food. I bought a 3 piece chicken tender combo with fries and a sprite & it was so hot and tasty. The cashiers were helpful and patient when i couldn’t decide on which sauce i wanted. I highly recommend this store

Finished store. They cheated me out of $20. They didn't put the strips in. Although I asked twice whether everything was checked or not. Never buy fast food in these areas. Garbage dirt doesn't care at all.

This place is dirty, the staff has horrible customer service. Its sad that they are giving popeyes a bad rep. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO SPEND YOUR MONEY. Because they will not appreciate it at this location and they will probably give you attitude!!!
