I was just at the restaurant at 1375 Rockaway parkway. 6:05pm my order was over $25, I asked for a brown bag to keep my food warm, the distance that I will be traveling. The lady at the register packed my food in the brown bag and as I walked off the bag ripped. I walked out then realize how nasty that is, I trashed the food before entering the MTA across the street. I called the restaurant to speak with a manager and was told no mangers are available the person can help me, as I explained they hung up the phone. I called back and was hung up on again. I will take my receipt to the restaurant tomorrow in hopes for a refund. This was bad service, and should not be accepted. I am a customer and spent my hard earned money. I demand better service. Take a good look at the receipt, the ink is is running but the address and price and time is on it.

Any good reviews from this place are false, there’s nothing positive about it, the staff is unwelcoming, they give you cold food and bad service.
The manager was very rude and impolite. I was talking to her and she walked away. She did not even say, "Excuse me or give me a minute

I AM SICK OF THIS POPEYES. THEY NEVER have what I want. The workers are rude, and inconsiderate. They move slow as ever in here. I will never return to this location, and advise you to not even waste your time.
Just pick up 50 dollar order on line came home coleslaw the scummy sticky expired how can anybody serve that garbage food poisoning
Workers are rude and not intelligent. Some rude customers would order and remain in line blocking others from ordering. The workers are the one that are supposed to organize the line into an "order" line and a "pickup" line. They would do it, leaving customers at the mercy of those rude customers that want to block the "order" line until they pick up their order. And when you call these workers out on it, they would be disrespectful, not acknowledging the mayhem they are creating by not reminding customers to be in the right line.Beside that, the area is wild. Folks are violent for no reason. Be careful when you stop thereAnd they would put your fries in a box. They would put it in the paper bag that is supposed to hold the fries box. This place is a Mad Max world

The customer service was very attentive, and I made sure my order was correct and served me with a smile. I like that because it eases the customers' concerns and gives honest service.

The bean rice and the nuggets are tasty?
Very small environment best bet is order in advance. It's a shared space with other major franchise.

My experience at the Popeyes location was a excellent one.
Upon arriving I was greeted with a smile and aroma of food. The atmosphere was clean the only fault I find is that it is small establishment everyone wore their masks, there was no shortage of food. I left feeling my money was spend well, if you are hungry and is in the area I recommend stopping here for either breakfast, lunch, and or dinner.
*Happy Eating*
