A warning to anyone that lives in the Midwood and East Midwood area. Do not order for Popeyes for delivery.

I ordered popeyes for delivery twice, and both times the delivery employees kept getting the address wrong.

Once in the evening, and during a different day in the afternoon last month.

Order at your own risk. I discovered that there are 2 unprofessional Doordash employees that work in this area and they are completely unprofessional and try to get out of actually doing their job.

They both pretend that they don't know how to speak english and go to the wrong address. I advise to order at the popeyes near Ave. U and pick it up. Less hassle and headache.

Food - It's OK. I got the Big Box. The fries were good and well seasoned. The chicken tenders were utterly tasteless. I ordered the spicy ones so they either messed it up, I have a high spice tolerance or it's just lacking flavor. The BBQ sauce was spicier than the tenders. The mashed potatoes were fine. The biscuit was good but extremely salty, I wish they added more of that salt to the chicken. The portion was very generous for $6 though. They gave me an extra chicken tender, probably by mistake, but the tenders were much bigger than I expected.
Service - I felt very rushed. With the Big Box you choose between 3 chicken tenders or 2 pieces of chicken but they never asked me and I had to go back and correct my order. They also probably gave me the regular chicken when I asked for it spicy because I tasted no spice. I had to haggle them for a fork and sauce even though I ordered mashed potatoes, do people eat that with their hands around here? They also only gave me 1 packet of sauce which isn't nearly enough. It was very hard to understand them. They also didn't seem to want me to pay with cash. But they made my order for me instantly, so I appreciate the prompt service (though they could have at least gotten my order right since I was the only person there...)
Atmosphere - It's either empty in there or packed, and when it's packed you have to sit at a table with strangers unless you have somwhere else to eat. They only have three tables, the upstairs area is closed off.

Best Popeyes I have ever seen, their food is so good and fresh. Their service is really good. I went there around 7 pm.

In particular, I visited many Popeyes, but there was most of the managers rude. Today is the first time I saw the coolest manager. She is friendly with all her employees and customers, and she talks to everyone with a smiley face and friendly tone.

Horrible! This is the 2nd time and last time I order from this location. An Uber eats order of over $120 and they don’t send sides or biscuits! The 1st time they didn’t send Cajun fries the order was also over $100. Is it really that hard to check that all items are in the bag for delivery? Lazy workers
