Make sure you check your order before letting the delivery person go. Because if it’s wrong, good luck trying to contact the restaurant. They have a number that rings and rings. Finally, an automated voice will say “Enter your passcode to leave a message”. If that’s not unhelpful… and no, they didn’t forget a side or a drink- they left out the sandwich. So then you have to go to a corporate website and they cannot do anything but refund you.

So why didn’t we call the delivery guy? We did. “Voicemail not activated”.

Pretty lousy service. Bad enough they often forget sauces or utensils which we request but an entire sandwich? Do better and pay attention.

Really bad experience while placing an online order on 11/08 from this location. I placed a order for 8PC Box Meal with Large Fries and additional side of Large Cup of Beans&Rice; The fries never arrived, the Large cup of Beans was just half way filled with liquid, like a soup. The presentation of the food was really bad, all the biscuit were tossed in the same package where the chicken pieces were boxed, giving a really awful presentation of the delivery. I asked for specific sauces on my order, never arrived, I just received a handful amount of Ketchup success packages and spicy sauce, I never asked for those.
For me has been the worse experience ordering via a mobile app, the food was received like no one cares how the food is delivered to the final consumer, everything was tossed inside a box as they don't care.

Parking: Just walk there, Do not use the App or Online order, most likely you won't received what you order.

3/3 times i have eaten at this specific location i get sick, this Popeyes destroys my stomach- i don’t distrust all Popeyes but i will never go back to this specific location in my entire life sorry

The chicken was extremely overcooked—I could pull it apart in strings. What’s even more concerning is that I ordered through the app, and my food was ready in about a minute. It seems like they served me old chicken. :/
