I first had 5 stars but the service just went down from there. Everyone just seems to be confused on what they are doing. The old staff was so much better. The only one that is helpful is Priyanka. Takes 30 minutes just to get 2 sandwiches meanwhile it has been made 20 minutes ago sitting on the rack. The front staff needs to be better organized. Skipped a few orders and went like 10 orders ahead.

Please add fried chicken combo options on ubereats menu for this location. It has been removed for years! You can only order wings but not your signature chicken 2 3 4 piece etc.

Bad service especially with the women's that work there they do not treat people equally if you know what ethnicity works there then you know what I'm talking about they help their people first especially when these Uber delivery guys that are men catered to them fast they quick to ignore you if you ask for something it's like you're bothering them

I order online so my food can be ready when I get there. It never is at this location. I sit there waiting for sometimes an additional 30 minutes!!!!!. So with my last visit I waited and waited. So I asked if my order was ready since I witnessed them calling out number after mine and was ignored. So I tried to stay polite and wait some more. Finally got super annoyed and had to ask again…. My order was ready and sitting in the back for who knows how long! Already annoyed with my latest experience I asked for straws for my drinks and was told that they were in the bag… But when I get home… Lo and behold there were NO STRAWS in the bag! They really need to get their act together or I’m gonna have to tell my family that Popeyes, specifically from this location, are banned in our home! LOL. I’m just tired of never having a smooth experience at this location. There is always SOMETHING wrong. A food item missing or they take super long or like today, got ignored only to find out my food was sitting on a counter in the back being held captive waiting for me to rescue it.

Waiting time is too long. Didn't like the delay it made me to work. Employe masuma were really slow.

I order online chicken tenders (16 pieces) by mistake instead of regular chicken, so I called the restaurant to change my order asking for regular chicken even if they give me less chicken is ok but they couldn't because they already pack my bag so ridiculous my first an last time ordering, my order was 73.22

I would give no stars. I had a code and they refused to honor it, I was told I had to pay the full price of the meal because they lady who took my order never asked me if i was using a code. When I asked to speak to a manager she also refused to get him as well when I clearly saw him standing about 5ft from her. I ended up leaving without my food so yeah definitely never going there again. The woman they have working her have the most nastiest attitudes and need to be replaced honestly. The lady pictured is the one who demanded I pay the full price & refused to get the manager for me as I requested. the nerves of some people, I’m highly disgusted.
