Hi, I had gotten take out and when I got home, turns out I was missing part of my takeout. I can’t go out again since the store is bit far and I tried to call however the phone number is invalid. Is there any way I can get part refund for the part of take out I’m missing?

My experience wasn't the best because they tried to sell me chicken that's been sitting for over a half hour... So I had to wait another 15 minutes for the fresh spicy chicken to come out. It was worth the wait I guess 🤷🏾♂️

Everytime I order here I find hair in my food. One time I ordered mash potatoes and the container already had a LONG hair in it and I went to get a refund the manager assumed it was my hair😒 when these employees have are the ones that don’t use hairnets. They need to start wearing hairnets this should be some sort of health regulation.

Unfriendly cashier, tables are dirty and sticky with leftover food, bathroom is smelly and disgusting, chicken sandwich was pittably small and chicken was dry and stale. Do not go to this popeyes.

I had a great 4-star experience at Popeyes! The atmosphere was a total standout, earning a full 5-star rating for its high quality. The food was also very good at 4 stars, and the service was solid at 3 stars. It’s a fantastic spot for a meal in an excellent environment!
Bought a 16 piece family meal here and everything tasted burnt. How is this acceptable? Absolutely disgusting

We got 2 chicken tenders combo with fries 5 piece tenders and a chicken sandwich with fries to go over the weekend. When we got home, the combo was missing the fries and biscuits entirely. It wasn’t worth while to go back but just wanted to express my disappointment in the service recently.

The cashier was terrible，everyone was on their phones. The cashier was impatient and even banged their mashed potatoes on the table that showing no respect for the elderly. They even turned away to talk while I was at the cashier. I'm so disappointed with this restaurant

Walking into this Popeyes, the tables are littered with left over trash bags and eaten chicken.
Although we recieved our order right away, I have a feeling the foods been sitting out for way too long as I bite into dried up chicken. Eating didnt bring me joy, instead, it felt like a chore to finish the box so I don't get ripped off.
The chicken lacked juice whilst also looking a bit burnt around the edges. The fries, just like the chicken, must've been sitting out, as they were cold and soggy. I was disappointed with my order and would not recommend this Popeyes location.
