My husband bought a 3 piece with a large fries
Upon eating the fries he found a long straight hair between the fries
The lazy people working this morning 4/11/26 wanted to serve cold food(fries, chicken, shrimps) something she wouldn't like to eat her self or anybody else
and her unlogical escuse is that it's late and they are almost closing so they cleaned the kitchen,
which is not right. I have worked in kitchen for years, I have never served cold food to a customer although it supposed to be hot,
we clean the kitchen all day long and do the last cleaning after the restaurant is closed.

THIS IS THE WORST POPEYES RESTAURANT IN THE IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA!!!! Their inperson and online service service is the worst there is. Please dont ever go there !!!

Don't come here. Terrible serious. The food is terrible. Will go to another location next time.
Don't order from here. They will mess up your order and they serve you garbage. I have eaten from Popeye's many times. This location doesn't take pride in their work. They don't drain the chicken. My fries were soggy. My mashed potatoes and cajun rice was missing from my order. I ordered 3 apple pies and they gave me 2 cheesecakes, and a pecan pie. If I could give zero I would.

Just ordered Uber Eats spent 27 dollars on cold fries and soggy chicken sandwich. On top it was dirt in my lemonade.....I feel really sick!! Someone should check the machines because it's not clean!!

Order the white meat 5 piece chicken box and could not get wings because they said they did not have any, but they had wings for the special wing boxes. But told me I couldn't have those wings. So I paid extra for all white meat and still had to take the thigh and legs. uugh

2 stars because I was Lied to...I work overnight right next door to this location I asked the midnight staff were they still offering the big box deal I was told know that they were not and now I realize that it was because they did not want to make any more sides because they were closing and didn't have any prepared at 2:00 a.m. so I go back tonight for dinner but I ordered online and I see the exact same deal being offered that I was told is no longer in service... So I was assisted by the same young man with the same bad attitude I told him I don't like being lied to he completely ignored me and told me he do not know the menu... I will be going around the corner for dinner for now on... Dislocation needs a better staff for the midnight crew the afternoon crew is perfect...

I placed an order on here through the Popeyes app, and french fries are not an option on the sides portion of the chicken dipper bundle. I called to have the mach potatoes switched out for fries, as the french fry option was not available on the app. A lady answers the phone and was so rude, she didn’t articulate herself well, and she didn’t seem to understand what I was saying about french fries not showing up as an option. I had placed a similar call earlier in the week to complete the same switch, because fries are not up there as an option for whatever reason and the guy I spoke to understood me and switched it no problem. After explaining it a third time, She finally said “french fries are an option but okay” in a very rude tone. How are you mad at me, the customer, when the app is not updated properly. This issue only happens at this location. No other popeyes location & unfortunately when ordering on the app for delivery, this is the popeyes I am zoned to. The attitude was uncalled for. Fix the app & fix your customer service!

Once I received my order I saw that the Sweet n Smokey Chipotle Sauce (90cents) & Wings with the Smokey Chipotle Sauce on it (I used reward points) that I ordered was missing. This was the 4th time in a row I ordered this particular sauce and did not receive it. I called the restaurant again after not receiving it, I immediately asked to speak with a manager. It was the same girl, who I know for a fact is not a manager, but proceeded to claim she was. I explained that the sauce was incorrect on the wings and the wing sauce I ordered was not there. She said they dont have the Smokey &Chipotle Sauce so they gave me Sweet Chili instead which is a completely different flavor profile. I asked her how do I go about receiving a refund and she rudely said “I dont know, something on the app”. What kind of “manager” 1. Doesnt apologize for the missing items/inconvenience.. 2. Doesnt know how to properly direct customers to rectify problems with on order due to the store’s incompetence? That girl needs to be in the back and not in the front servicing any customers or being antound anyone’s food. This store needs to do better.
