This has got to be one of the worst Popeyes in NYC. I have never been disappointed in a Popeyes until going to this one a few times. In the past they were great until the new people took over. Wings are fatty and not fried well the sandwich’s are oily and taste of oil. Something is off here. They’re not following cooking procedures. Fix it!

Chicken was crispy but tasted bitter. Same with the fries. The oil used to fry likely not changed and I visited not long after they opened.

They serve chicken that’s not fully cooked. My apple pie was still doughy. I bought a combo and the only edible thing was the fountain juice and mash potatoes. For $15 I feel robbed. I literally had to eat the edges of my sandwich because that was the only part that was fully cooked

I am disgusted and disappointed. I felt discriminated against and I am a rewards member and a paying customer. I placed a mobile order for pick up at this location. When I came in I gave them my name and this gentleman told me 3 mins. I was 3 mins early but there was no one in front of me. I decided to order a large strawberry lemonade as you can see on the receipt. I was unable to get the drink right away so I sat down with my 3 year old daughter. They never called my name to tell me my order was ready. I decided to get up and seen my orders to the side of the register. I wasn’t greeted properly nor was I informed that my paid orders were ready for pick up. As I sat and ate, I completed the necessary steps and put my validation code on the back of my receipt so I could retrieve my free 2 piece chicken and a biscuit. I was confronted by this man Bilal, who told me 3 mins initially when I came into the establishment. He told me no. I said no what?! He said you have to use it next time. I said no, I filled out the survey, showed him my validation code and stated that I’m entitled to my 2 piece chicken and a biscuit. He took my receipt and went to the back. I moved to the side. He came back and stated that I need to purchase another large drink in order redeem the items. I explained to him that I’ve done this survey before and this is not how it works. He refused to give me the 2 piece and a biscuit. At this point my 3 year old was fussing so I had to excuse myself . I told him I would be reporting him for being discriminating. He was nasty and disengaging since I came in. This is HIGHLY DISRESPECTFUL AND RACIST. THIS IS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I am a frequent customer at Popeyes and I enjoy all the locations I have visited but this one was the worst! Shame on this franchise for their POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!

Food wasn’t properly cooked they messed my order up they refuse to answer the phone and I didn’t realize this until half way thru with my meal I am very disappointed given that this would have been my first meal of the day Popeyes real need to do better ‼️

1 star for eating area- was filthy- lots of spilled beverages and over loaded trash bins (maybe short staffed ?)you're better off picking up your food and eating somewhere else.Staff is friendly and polite- food was great ?

I went in there today and order 10 pc with large sides and biscuits. All the food was terrible the 7 pieces missing 3. The wings and legs were so small it was ridiculous and the biscuits were far from fluffy, the French fries tasted old n refried...NEVER EVER AGAIN I wasted my my money.

Grabbed a bite to go from the mall and it was great! I finally had the chicken sandwich. I loved it! Chicken fingers were really breaded (meal picked up for family member) and they did enjoy it, but said there was a lot of batter. Fries are amazing! Loved them. Overall, worth the money and really well prepared
